While I'm not convinced this picture actually is showing what is described, the vast majority of Mennonites here are based as fuck and are 100% aware that it's a scamdemic.
Though usually shunning the political world, some Amish in PA did, in fact, legitimately do some caravans for Trump, complete with signs attached to the sides of their buggies. Picture was posted here in last few weeks in a post or a comment on one.
Oh, I know that and it's easy to see why they would love Trump. But this is a pretty generic picture, AND I would venture a guess that the snow in Ottawa right now is deeper than in this picture. Just don't necessarily believe that this picture relates to the OPs post title. Although, if it's from the actual Trucker feed (which I didn't notice that before) than it very well may be legit!
The Amish are so anti-Govt, they set up an alternate society. They've ALWAYS been anti-govt, it's just that hardly anyone notices now. But, I see that's beginning to change.
Theres a rather large Mennonite community in mid-Michigan.
One of my builders here in SE Michigan has a Mennonite framing crew. They use power saws but not nail guns. They dont have a skytrack like every other crew has. They frame like we did when I first started in the late 70s. They build jacks and hoist the plywood up by hand. Im pretty sure they use factory made trusses and not hand framed rafters but Ive never seen them use a crane to lift them. That can be tough for these houses today with walkout basements and vaulted ceilings and 10/12 roofs. You are pretty high up. They all come in two trucks with a trailer and its the largest framing crew Ive seen since the dawn of the age of skytracks.
They seem to be just as fast as any other crew too.
The “people” who’ve minded their own business for two hundred years, so much so that they still run farms and ride in buggies, are awake. I’ve seen in PA, buggies with Trump signs, American Flags and Let’s Go Brandon. It’s pretty surprising.
Two things, since I'm from the area mentioned.
The community here is all Mennonite, not Amish.

I'm a hi tech mennonite and I approve this message ;)
Me too! Both sets of my grandparents were kicked out of the Amish. Sadly, a lot of the Mennonites around here have gone super liberal🙄
Doesn't that mean you're excommunicated?
I had a a HS teacher who grew up in a Mennonite household. I know they drive cars.
no, we put our tv and computers in the closet when the preacher man comes around ;)
The Amish are the Kings Of ~Leave Me The Fuck Alone~. They are like 100s of millions of Americans. Let me work and leave me the fuck alone.
I wonder if this is legit or just a picture someone picked up of them on their way to church.

Some of the truckers on the Telegram feed were saying this was just a funeral procession.
Ohhhh yeah!!!!!
I bet they brought rope... just say'n.
i'll call "horseshit" on the premise of this story.... but a cool picture nonetheless.
I see what you did there. Neigh!
This is the third photo I've seen this week of Amish doing this sort of thing.
Amish are based
links?
Who needs sauce? The Amish I know have been awake since spring of 2020. Probably before. They tend not to discuss politics with us English
sauce completes the meal, anon.
What English?
Amish / Mennonite people call the rest of us English
This should always be referenced when talking about the Amish. 🤣🤣
That is what the Amish call us.

Love this! Let’s go Amish!
This picture is falsely used. I saw the og photographers fb comment. Still a Good meme tho lol

I bet they could crank out some serious gallows in no time.
Quality work too. Would last for many uses.
Going to church.
Mennonites here in Belize have been resisting government mandates since Covid started!
Can't be Amish I'm a communist country
