Yup. They call him Tora-san (Mr. Tiger). The DS is symbolized by the Dragon. Dragons are serpent-like in Asian culture. So it's the snake vs the tiger (orange).
If you look at old paintings in asian culture there are many depicting a tiger fighting a dragon. Heck, think of the movie "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" so it works on so many levels of symbolism.

Once I realized that the media and government were actively colluding together and that MK Ultra was an actual discontinued CIA program (in the 50s iirc) it was so blatantly obvious that the CIA simply continued their operations much more subtly in underground operations, and probably without any oversight.
So it never seemed crazy to me that many (though not all), of what the news labels as "baseless conspiracy theories", are genuine occurrences that they have vested self interest in denying the possibility of existing.
