One of the conditions of the authorization is that the products require informed consent. The word consent implies that anyone can accept or reject the product without consequence. The FDA did grant a license to Pfizer under the brand name Comirnaty, but Comirnaty is not available in the United States. The only Pfizer product available in the US continues to be the emergency use authorized version of the product. The FDA and Pfizer have been misleading Americans for months that that Pfizer product is FDA approved.
