The money that was flown out by Obama on planes at the end of his term was returning the money already paid to the Clinton Foundation for the U1 deal. Obama knew the money needed to be returned to keep the details of U1 being exposed. The people who purchased the uranium would be angry if they paid billions for a deal that never materialized.
