(3) According to the Panama Papers, he has moved all his personal wealth out of country. (4) He is good with the Azov Battalion.
He is a puppet of his Deep State / Globalist masters with the task of keeping their Ukrainian playground from discovery and disclosure. He comes from the entertainment business and is an expert at the construction of head fakes. He has turned Kyiv into a reverse Potemkin Village, all for show.
