For those who ask about the TS by users name above, it is for testing purposes. Its intended to show that you're also on TS with the same handle. It's obviously up to you if you want to disclose that information or not. But something we are working on

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. It's basically code that helps HTML render the way a browser displays content. HTML stands for Hyper Text Markup Language. The HTTP in your web address stands for Hyper Text Transfer Protocol.
If you right click on a web page and select show source, what you are seeing is HTML markup code.
Most web pages use HTML, Javascript, and CSS to determine how web pages look.
With CSS you can declare things like background color, text color, image sizes, image locations, all the visual stuff.
What PolishBaldEagle is doing is making updates to the little images and text next to our user names.

I agree with you. Im guessing the phone number is for 2 form factor identification. Using the google voice will prevent you from getting robo calls. After you create your account, you can silence google voice and never get bothered by it.
So I guess the question is, who would rather give my real phone number to…google or TS? Both are a dealbreaker. I’ll stick to GAW for now.

Please get rid of the background gradient (or make it darker) and whiten the stickie font to increase the contrast between the font and the background.
PDW is a great example of using colors while retaining high contrast and maintaining readability
GAW is a prime example of how to make a site less readable by reducing the contrast between the stickie font and the background
Notes taken, and would need more details. Are you using dark mode or light mode? Mobile view? We would work on something like this in stages
Dark mode
Mobile is the worst because the text flows onto the lightest part of the gradient. The desktop is generally wide enough that the headline text doesn't flow into the lightest part of the gradient as much
I'm in dark mode on phone too. No issue that you've described.
Are you using desktop mode on phone?
Match the truth social color scheme in both the light and dark modes.

The gradient in dark mode (blue-purple-red) do make the borders bleed into one another. When I have some time (but truly, when I’m not lazy), I’ll comp a few ideas up and send your way.
