I caution this approach.

Considering the MeToo world we live in, too many innocent men accused of rape will be the ones most affected.

It could get to the point where women can just straight up castrate men with a call to the police.

The death penalty and surgical punishment must only be reserved for those who have shown a complete refusal to reform and have no sign of remorse for their acts.

Particularly heinous crimes or repeat offenders. And with the concurrent standard of proof beyond a reasonable doubt. You're absolutely right about #metoo. The Left weaponizes the legal system and will happily crybully to get the authorities to do their dirty work for them. It's a real threat, and when we're talking about permanent interventions, we have to consider the possibility of circuses like OJ or Derek Chauvin where the jury clearly got things wrong for political reasons.

I would support chemical castration. Give them T-blockers just like a guy with prostate cancer. No mutilation necessary. Just ensure they take their pill every day. If they're ultimately shown to be innocent, stop the drug.

i'm cool with this as long as there's equal punishment for false accusers.

Only if they have hard evidence, otherwise one word from me is enough to have it done to anyone else

Also, Anyone who opposes this too vociferously should be castrated too.

That’s not a solution to the problem. I’ve heard survivors say if a person can’t “perform” it makes them meaner! If they can’t have sex normally they use objects & are brutal. Basically once a person has that mentality not having your sexual organs isn’t going to change that person.

Not even the least extreme. Both solutions should be vigorously carried out and the person publicly named. U wanna rape? Lose your balls and the whole world knows it.

Did you ever make a girl mad?

Now she has your balls as a trophy.

1
MordenGeist 1 point ago +1 / -0

Maybe a male would allow that to happen, but not a Man. No woman controls a Man in that manner and any "Man"(male) who allows that need to have their fake ID Man card revoked. A real Man would kick that bitch to the curb for even trying it.

You assume you had to be in a relationship with her.

Wrong.

Nah, I get it: The whole #metoo feminazi BS can easily cascade into some deep doodoo for a Man, which in itself is a crime.

What I was rebuking was the general statement that "Making a girl mad..." is an overused trope that needs to be abolished. The whole "happy wife, happy life" BS exists because weak Men allow it to happen. What about the Man's happiness? Does it matter? Not to them it doesn't.

A real relationship is based on making each other happy, not just one or the other, else it isn't a relationship...that's ownership.

The past decade has taught us… a dude does not even have to be anywhere near a woman to be accused of rape, get canceled, and in this case potentially get his balls cut off, only to find out much much later, after an investigation that the girl lied.

So what is the equal and just punishment for a woman who raped or falsely accuse rape a dude?

These ‘laws’ which sounds like justice is a one way road to hell frankly. No different than the insane Sharia laws of Islam.

In a world of lawyers, you must cover your ass. In this day and age, I would require proof of consent before any random sexual encounter. I do not participate in random sexual encounters and don't even date any more, so it is a moot point for me. Any accusations against me would have to be proven in a court of law with some measure of proof. All of this aside, the Nigerians are making a plain declaration that rape will have dire consequences. I'm fairly certain that this is extremely unlikely to ever happen in our country because I believe that the vast majority of our lawmakers are rapists and would never allow a law like this to be passed.

The problem with this happening in a shit hole like Nigeria is that they consider a "child" something different to what we consider a child. Rape as well.

Rape is the same in the sense that if it's forced, it's rape. But to them, a child could be "married" to a grown man. To them, the rape that occurs after "marriage" is pure. Not rape.

Let's just make it clear.

Pedos, rapists, child molesters all killed to delete their existence from earth. Married to unmarried.
