I've been thinking about the huge amount of obese people in America compared to films of daily life from 1900-1960. Seems that around 1970 Americans began getting fat for some unknown reason.(hehe) Now, we are headed towards empty grocery stores and nobody growing crops in their own backyard gardens. I imagine that once the food shortages begin those folks who rely upon high carbohydrate diets are gonna suffer, bigly. Once the hunger pangs begin what do you think will happen to the mental stability of an obese person who cannot procure potato chips and a soft drink? I bet they will go ballistic and begin going door to door and threatening their neighbors for a bag of chips.
If the Federal Government begins rolling out soup kitchens I bet these folks will be the first in line, pushing away moms with newborn children.
I feel this has been planned by the elite since 1970. Get the people nice and fattened, relying upon the government for their meals, and at a moments notice yank that rug out from underneath them. They did it to increase the amount of chaos our country will have to endure. Starving people will do crazy things and the elite have known this for a few years. What other plans do they have up their sleeves? Stay frosty frens and begin to stock up on food stuffs. Also a BB gun will come in handy once the bullets run out. Oh, during the Great Depression the deer population plummeted because everybody was hungry and the deer were easy pickin's. Think about food besides deer and squirrels.
They're better prepared not to eat than those of us with a low BMI.
The weight gain in ancient times was a survival adaptation, and you are right the fat will survive longer in a famine than those without fat reserves.
Without that winter over affect that took the weight off, we suffer from all kinds of negative effects and disease. A long haul of food shortages just might do America some good.
Starvation as a diet plan makes as much sense as gas and diesel shortages as a way to get more people to use alternative energy sources a la Joe Biden.
If you are already lean yes it doesn't make much sense. Some of these obese people though have hundreds of thousands of calories hanging off their body that the body specifically stored for the purpose of using at a later time.
That later time never comes because they keep stuffing their face with food. Shiet some of these fatties could go an entire month without food and would actually be vastly healthier afterwards.
I'm sure Joe Biden appreciates your support. Especially on the issue of forced starvation.
Lmaooooooo missed the point. Obese people are the exact opposite of starving.
However, they also better prepared for us to eat them! 😂
Yes but we can run and of course the old bear joke “I only have to run faster than you!” 😂
that's true, but they'll still cry more about it lol
They’ll only cry for a couple weeks, then they’ll start burning their fat reserves and become lucid, clear thinking and energized.
Let's hope so. 💪
What a great way to prep!
Just pack on 50 pounds.
that's true IF they can break through that hunger barrier without panicking and doing something stupid, which I have my doubts for the majority
Just FYI, it also seems to be related to the massive increase of sugar in many processed foods, not to forget High Fructose Corn Syrup..
And the "fat free craze" that swept the nation a few years ago....
Yes. And strokes.
It absolutely is related to added sugar, and simple carbs (which are then converted to simple sugars).
And they keep berating animal fats, which are some of the most healthy stuff you can consume (in moderation of course)
It's related to how often people eat.
There is sugar in breastmilk. Stop demonizing a food God put on the Earth and temper your appetites.
If you look closely at my comment, you'll see I wrote ADDED sugar :)
And I agree, moderation is key, I myself do intermittent fasting, the less insulin spikes the better.
But the problem is compounded when you have a single serving of some industrialized product with like 10 times more sugar than it should have.
The thing about fat is that you can only eat so much. There is no need to deprive yourself to simulate moderation, as it is self levelling.
Also, a great way to start fat burning is to eat some fat. (Not mixed with carbs, though, that's a whole other can of worms).
So, butter on a spoon anyone?
And genetically modified food with human growth hormones (HGH) added to them. 🤮
Coca Cola will fire you for saying that particular term, they prefer, Sweetener.
Yep. I found that rice belly is a thing too.
My family had taken to eating quite a few prize-winning sausages from the local butcher. They added rice flour instead of wheat flour, to 'firm' the sausages, so wheat free. Yay.
Not so fast.
We gave them up, and my system went through all the symptoms of giving up that carb, even though it is only a tiny amount, as those sausages were pretty meaty. Without going into TMI details, the size of my 'belly' reduced in two weeks.
Glyphosphates on the growing wheat

I’m at Myrtle Beach with husband and three sons and their families. I’ve been shocked while at the beach. These people just don’t give a fuck! Women weighing upwards easily 300 pounds wearing bikinis. I’m a grandma and wear a size 0-2. I’m absolutely astounded at the obese people on the beach wearing little to nothing. The kids are just as bad. Breaks my heart
Yes! Very disturbing. The whole “body positivity” movement went too far. There’s a difference in being a healthy size 12 women compared to a huge disgusting obese flabby one.
I wish I could say it breaks my heart, but it grosses me out! ! ! So? Why don't they care?? Why do they insist on punishing us by being as disgusting as possible? Don't they know they are traumatizing small children. (and me!)
It breaks your heart today, but tomorrow when they starve to death, just think.....you'll have that gorgeous beach all to yourself!
" I bet they will go ballistic and begin going door to door and threatening their neighbors for a bag of chips."
At least those who can still walk will. Some are bedridden and rely on family or Uber to deliver their fix.
Seems that around 1970 Americans began getting fat for some unknown reason.
Rancid cooking oil. (Veggie oil for cooking!) Can't use that beef fat McD's it is racist!

That vid about cooking oil was very eye opening. Thanks for posting it. Makes me want to NEVER eat out again nor purchase that body killing food. Yuck.
combine all of the above and you have yourself an obesity crisis along with tons of other metabolic diseases like diabetes, heart issues you name it.
Extra iron in wheat is another trick. Looks like celiac disease.
Wrist rocket and a few buckets of rocks.

Locked and loaded my man, lol.
Had a buddy buy one of these for my two year old. Super inappropriate, but also the best gift he got that year.
Oh, yeah! A catapult is my weapon of choice once ammo runs out.
The advantage of BB guns is that ammo is cheap.
We like springers, because it is just the gun, and the ammo. No CO2 cannisters, or compressors needed.
What if all that is available during the shortage is the crappy food? What if chips are made but potatoes are not sold retail? What if milk is out but Fanta is still available?
I have a lot of potatoes planted and we are the weird family that gardens all around their properties. Fruit trees planted 6 years ago are finally putting on a little fruit. Lots of peaches but hardly any apples and pears. Fruit bushes mature quickly and offer yields year after year.
Yep to all of that.
Hail the fruit forest. We planted ours fifteen years ago, and our property is famous with the grand-chilldren who forage when they visit.
However, keep in mind that we are in for fifty years of cold, if what Valentina Zharkova says is correct, and I tend to believe her, as she has been studying the sun cycles for all of her career.
So try to plant trees that thrive in colder weather than what you are normally used to. Where peaches do well now, you might find early plums will thrive a decade from now. OR perhaps apples.
Also when you fast, your hunger disappears after about 30hours. Then your brain starts to regenerate, and your liver kicks out glucose until it has depleted all the visceral fat that is killing you, then your body converts fat stores until you are slim again. Only at that point does your body start eating muscle (like the heart). Provided you do gentle exercise, like walking, and you drink water, fasting for the overweight is almost totally safe. Vitamin and mineral intake is needed though, but that is fairly easy to get just from grazing dandelions and various other super common plants.
side note: only the consumption of sugar is the problem making people fat, not the consumption of fat, like meat, which is really good for you. These people could just survive on milk, then one animal would be sufficient for years of nutrition.
EW. What about squirrels?
I'm in a good situation.
I'm large enough that I'd feed a family of five for days.
Folks will be taking good care of me.
I AM the neighborhood food reserve.
Don't be. Your supplies will run out quickly. Feed you family and tell others RIGHT NOW to get their poop in a pile. You cannot pull that boat, lest you have a silo of wheat and corn plus a few beef on the hoof. Sorry fren, not to cast doom your way, just hoping you to see a way to make your life easier when the bad time hit.
It was a joke.
Dude.
They will lose weight slowly and survive. 😆
Three out of five asses out there are definitely phlabby. "Vascular bundles" so to speak. McDonalds Qtr Pounder, biggy fry and a gonzo choco-shake. That'll do it.
I think you are on to something about cabal-planned obesity and malnutrition to make people docile, unable to fight back, helpless. Let's do the opposite and focus on nutrition, exercise, and health.
367 lbs here, and in my fourth day without food (fasting). It was easy after I got off of the carbs, and flour.
It will get easier and easier. I'm on my second week of dieting. Down about 10# or so. Stay faithful to the diet, don't give in to your urges to snack cause that will harm you more mentally than physically. Dr. Eric Berg and Sten Eckberg on YT are your friends when it comes to effectively diet with the KETO plan. Today I watched a vid from Eckberg on exercise while on KETO. He said 30-90 minutes of walking is just fine five times a week. Don't pump iron, causes harm to insulin production. Running for very short times (3 minutes max) x 2, three times a week. Lots of good info from these two guys. You can do it. Don't forget to take before and after pics. Makes it all the more worthwhile. God bless and please continue without cease.
It seems like everywhere I go there is a Fren who will spend some of their time encouraging, teaching, and supporting other Frens. Thank you for most for caring!
God just puts things in my heart to say. I want everybody to be healthy, even the extremely skinny ones. Plus, it never hurts to encourage strangers. One day I'll need encouragement.
When the scamdemic first started a couple years, our local grocery stores had people parking across the street just to get groceries because the parking lot was so full.
I drove to my friends house, who is over 400 lbs, and I told him “idk what’s going on with this virus stuff but the stores are packed and everyone’s buying everything out.”
The look of panic on his face.. I’ll never forget it. It may be mixed with not knowing how insignificant covid was, or the fear of not having food (my friends that are married eat out 2 times a day and never have food stocked up.) he instantly purchased protein bars on Amazon and then later that day went to Walmart and bought about $300-$400 worth of food. (Frozen pizzas, hot pockets, etc).
The tone he had in his voice was something I hadn’t really heard from him, but in the scenario where shit hits the fan, I can easily see him at his lowest turning into an animal and aggressing people for food.
And to add, this is a college friend and now we don’t talk much. About as much as 2 dudes that used to drink in their college days would now, with families, etc. and yes, his weight has always been a topic for his health.
Slightly obese here, wife is too, I don't go through any of what you mentioned.
Plenty of normal, average people who are obese and don't have these issues
I tell the missus that I refuse to buy larger clothing as I need the constant reminder to not let my weight get even worse.
The good news for them is if you are fat, like 400lbs plus, you could go without ANY significant meal for over a YEAR without dying. It would actually be a benefit, so yah.
Squirrels will be easy pickens in our backyard. Husband has traps and ways of killing them without firing a weapon. That's why having guns is so important. In case of emergencies like food shortages, you must have the ability to protect your property.
The only thing worse than fat people are stupid people and people who get off and feel superior by fat shaming.
I always said Americans are ready for the famine- other skinny countries won’t fair so well. If neighbors/communities can share & barter we don’t all need to grow fruit. Maybe trade some eggs for deer meat? I grow potatoes & my neighbor grows corn? The point is we’re going to have to unite and work together. We all live our separate lives now & have been for decades- and look how it’s going.
This is the same bunch of people who are dependent upon SSRIs, opiates, benzos and insulin.
When the pharmaceuticals run out it will be catastrophic.
I think that was all by design. Get people addicted to bad food then treat them with mind altering drugs and have the tax payers pay the freight for their indulgences.
No doubt!
Yes and they slaughtered and buried a huge number of cattle to drive prices up during the GD instead of feeding starving people!
Carb crap is the cheapest food to buy. Chips soft drinks pasta pastries and bread diet is why so many low income folks are fatties. Food bought with ebt cards. Don't think I don't miss bread and pasta terribly. I do. But if I eat it I have pain everywhere. Sugar too.
You are so correct. Two weeks on keto and my knees feel much better when I get out of my easy chair. No more pain and a wee bit more energy. This hot weather sucks cause I can only tolerate to be outside during the early morning hours.
