I just read on GAW somewhere that there are still 24 states and DC that don't ban abortions. It's not eliminated by a long stretch. It seems like most of the 'red' states already had restrictions in place or in the hopper for this decision. Would be interesting to look at stats on which states had the highest per capita abortions, if they were already predominantly the 'blue states'.
