Refused to wear a face diaper. Their reason, because they had to wear one,I need to wear one. I told them there was no scientific evidence to the effectiveness of them. This was all a charade, and according to Ron DeSantis companies need to stop people wearing them.

Sue them.
The only way to stop them is to file a law suit. They will not go to court, they'll settle because the mountain of evidence you can bring is massive.
You can't sue a medical office because you don't like their health and safety regulations. You wouldn't even find a lawyer to take your case
Haha.you need to get out more kid
I'm not a kid and I get out plenty. But I have years of career experience with this exact topic and I'm telling you this is terrible advice and would be wasted effort.
I've told mask wearers before: "Do you think YOUR mask is effective? Does it stop you from breathing in the virus and spreading it to others?"
If so... then I don't need to wear one. Your mask offers plenty of protection for both of us. Thank you for wearing one, so others don't have to. :>)
If they argue back that YOU need to wear a mask too, because it improves the virus protection... then simply ask them to wear TWO masks. That way, we're both protected, but you are wearing both masks. It's the same thing as each of us wearing one, but this way, only you have to take the responsibility. :>)
I like that. Ask them to wear 2, 3 or even 4 masks because you suffer from hypoxia and hypercarbia. If they are concerned about your health and well-being, 'certainly' they would be carrying out their hippocratic oath.
hypercapnia ;)
Excess buildup of CO2 in the blood caused by the forced rebreathing of one's stale exhaled air for hours at a time
Also, hypercarbia. Two words meaning essentially the same. ;)
Never heard it called hypercarbia before, for some reason
Me like! Calling it that from now on ;)
Thanks Prime
sticking with hypercarbia ;)
Either way is correct. I sometimes use 'hypercapnia'.
I love this logic
Hell yeah. If it works, you can wear one for both of us, fucko.
Haven't been to a doctor in over a year. They called me and said I was three years past due for my health examination. I told them I was scared of COVID, and that I wouldn't go anywhere that it was so dangerous I needed to wear a mask, and that they could call me back when it was safe enough to go to the doctor without wearing one.
What utopian civilization do you live in? Doctors never call me for health exams. I've complained about this very thing for 20 years or so.
Mine just attempted to drop me for failure to comply. Apparently they've been mailing me official documents requiring annual tests that I haven't taken...
In Canada?
US
Well, your records are taking up space in the office, but you aren't subscribing to their services like everyone else. Credit card companies sometimes close accounts if the card is not used.
As far as I know, my insurance company pays her a monthly stipend whether she sees me or not.
Im in oz, and have had similiar, I guess they miss all those Medicare rebates. I know I'm worth something as at the beginning of all this b.s they got me signing paperwork for it
THIS
I wish that were the case for me. I can't get a refill for my Rx without at least an annual well-check, blood test and exam.
Prescriptions are not to be written by any physician that has not seen you face to face.
This isn't true. Not in the US
Really? None of the docs I work with will write a prescription if they have had facetime in the preceding 12 months. Televisits count as face to face. I'll look into this further.
That is a GOOD response.
My doc wants me to have heart surgery and I told him I cant because I'm afraid to get covid. No answer. Have been ok for 2 years now so I guess its not as urgent as he led me to believe.
You should have turned the tables on them.
OK then... If I need a Cat Scan, then YOU need to have one too. You go first. Why? Well, it makes as much sense as ME having to wear a mask just because YOU do.
Here, have 150 reasons why wearing masks is either ineffective or dangerous.
Unreal list, patriot
THANKS!
Thank you! Saving this to COVID Science (you can set up your own save catagories here, I think this is worth a save.)
I really think the doctors offices will continue to do this until there’s a lawsuit
Masks have no effect on reducing airborne virus transmission. That is well established science. If COVID is their reason, then question all their assumptions about what is good medicine, including chemo and radiation.
I assume you're already taking Fen Ben and Ivermectin.
So theyd rather not treat u/scan u for fucking cancer? Wow. Yea id sue
In oz no jab no entry whatsoever. So yeah they'd rather you die IF they actually trust their chemo
one major side effect of chemo is INCURABLE CANCER. Or so I've heard.
Badge of honor, Patriot.
FACTS:
Mask opening is 80 micron. Virus is 2 micron. If it is on water vapor it is 62 micron.
Mycancerstory.rocks & Jane McLelland's "How to Starve Cancer". I plugged into these networks and never looked back. Fuck big pharma oncologists!
What type of facility? If they take money from CMS they have to mask as well as visitors or patients. Our patients are supposed to put a mask on in their rooms when staff comes in. I tell them not to bother.
Sue them for sure. Class actions are the only way.
cancer patients and those caring for them have always typically worn mask because many of the patients have compromised immune systems.
When I was there four months ago with my wife, neither of us was required to wear a mask. This time, I believe, the technician requested it and when I refused he got the manager.
Then you have a solid foundation for a lawsuit IMO.
Cloth masks do nothing to protect someone with a compromised immune system. They do not block viral transmission.
The farcical notion that they do is the fake hinge that the entire plandemic hinges on, from a population control / imprisonment / business takeover / intentional societal destruction standpoint.
Especially when they are neutropenic.
That's to prevent any bacterial transmission NOT viral. Viruses are far too small to be stopped by a cloth mask, you need a Hazmat suit for that.

Supposedly only 1 in 5000 people take action. You could be one in 5k who gets a settlement from suing. Worth the trouble!
In a hospital out patient building they have a sign you can not enter without a mask.
When I got to my Orthopedic office none of the staff had them on. They said you don't have to wear that in here if you don't want to. Just make sure you wear it when you leave.
A doctor's office that gets it.
Thank you for standing up to the craziness
So sorry. I moved because of that.
Go for a thermogram instead.
