I'm not dissing what is being done, but what does this really mean? I don't know the intricacies of the American system, but to me this just sounds like a proclamation. Does it bear any legal weight, or is it just a symbolic gesture? Is the anticipation that it will bring on a domino effect of some kind, perhaps sway public opinions?

Finally, the decision was made by the fact that the opportunity to make a meaningful decision had passed. That is what these RINOs have done. Their decision is meaningless at this point.
