Despite my username I will be giving up drinking for quite some time. My friend is also giving up drinking and chewing tobacco.
We’re both super awake but have been in a funk since this covid stuff all started. I can say I am not the same person I was before covid for example many of my family members have turned into ghosts to me. Lost in their delusions of getting very sick while being triple shot and still insisting the jab is affective. In addition we’re surrounded by these types of people in King County WA.
Anyways both of us have agreed that to truly get out of this funk we need to give up vices, go to the gym, eat healthy and hold each other accountable. We held the line against the jab but we admitted that in the end the cabal got to us as we relied on vices as crutches against leftist insanity. In addition with the upcoming financial crisis we feel it is best to be sober and prepared.
We’re on day 3 currently thank you all.
I have family in King County, know what you are up against.
May the Lord help you, strengthen you and keep you in peace. Resist the devil and he will flee, pray and praise God and declare his victory when temptations come. Read the Bible. No weapon formed against us can prosper, put on the whole armour of God and stand firm.
The amount of brainwashed/just stupid people I deal with daily for example walking outside with a mask on in the dog park has driven me insane. Checking out of clown town.
I like to whistle a happy tune when I see especially stupid mask-wearers. It reminds me (and them) of what they can't do, and it cheers me up at the same time. I also ostentatiously smell flowers when I see them, which is much more pleasant than it sounds. It's always worth it to take time to smell the roses.
I like it!
Given the latest study on how filthy/disgusting cloth masks are, I can honestly say that I feel not even a smidgeon of guilt when I see a maskhole and think to myself "maskhole"!
My smoking increased horribly during covid but I'm back down to under 1 pack a day now. I've also recently decreased the amount of sugar in my diet by about 90% and can honestly say that I've never felt better as a result.
Congratulations on your new journey. You will definitely feel better as a result of what you're doing. Having an accountability partner will also help tremendously.
As far as dealing with the ignorance that you're surrounded by, the only advice that I can give you is to ignore them and pray that they're eyes get opened and that you have the grace to treat them better than they've treated you.
Kek…. Oh what a good idea. Maybe find all the songs that send a message and get a repertoire going
Oh, I dunno. I just whistle a pick-me-up tune. Yankee Doodle Dandy is just as good. Smiling is good too, because they can't smile back, either. I also enjoy ice cream cones more when masked people are around.
If you are being happy yourself, you can't lose. If you work to insult them, you might end up frustrated. A lot of them are so oblivious they don't know what to do with their own sneeze.
Is that the Marymoor Off-Leash Dog Park? Sad place.
Yes in Redmond it’s insanity. I even saw a guy with a mask kayaking on Lake Sammamish once.
He was protecting himself from the upcoming fishpox KEK
In fact it’s a double whammy this time. They have the fish flu and the fish pox. Same fish! Can you believe it??!!
King co is as depressing as they come. I have PTSD for a few days after a visit.
Hey bud,
Should the urge to get fucked up hits you, just remember that it's exactly what Schwab and the gang want for you.
"Behold the drunken animals bemused with drink " they say and they laugh.
They want to turn men who could oppose them into 'useless eaters addicted to drugs, porn, and videogames'. Once you clean up your diet and are drug and alcohol free, you will feel so good physically that your body will be naturally repulsed and prevent you from backsliding.
Exactly my fren. I know I must be strong and America/the West needs us awake men to be strong.
Best of luck! I need a buddy to do this with, been in a funk as well.
ME TOO. I'll start my journey once I'm back at home this weekend. The time for self-medication is over for me. Would love someone to go through it with, but I'm sufficiently hard enough on myself to be a real pain in my ass. LOL!
Will be saying prayers for all of us on the road to sobriety! Stay strong and persevere.
You too!
You got one right here!
I will pray for you both.
I will also share a tip that helped me when I began fasting, after realizing my weight was becoming a problem. The craving for your vice may come, whether you want it to or not. If you treat the craving like an enemy, it is harder to fight. If instead, you acknowledge the craving as a companion on your road to independence, it is much easier to live with. In my case it was something like this "thank you, hunger, for joining me on my work break today. I know you will be with me for a while, so let's enjoy this walk through the park together." It's a mental trick that helped me get through the tempting cravings without giving in. I picked it up after reading a biography of Saint Francis, as one of his techniques. Perhaps it will help you, too.
This is really interesting. I am going to use that for sure. Thank you for sharing it
This is great advice thank you fren.
Good job, frens! The best way to give up something is to have someone else hold you accountable. You will both be tempted, but the best thing is, it will rarely be at the same time. There will always be someone there to hold the other up. When that rare time does occur, Jesus will always be there to hold you both up.
Stay strong, frens, and trust in God!
I pray for your success in this endeavor, but I also pray that the wisdom of the Lord Jesus Christ comes unto you, that your salvation is a free gift from Him, that you cannot possibly repay. You have shown great faith in Him, I pray the Spirit of the Lord strengthens that faith, Amen.
On the right track. Adding exercise to abstinence increases the benefits exponentially. Despite the sucky politics you live in a beautiful state. Pump up your spirits too by getting a mountain between yourselves and the city occasionally.
I'm working with some patriots right now, eliminating The Great Liar Alcohol from their lives.
I'd be happy to give any of you a free 45 minutes on the phone.
Here to help.

it is a hard path you choose here. keep your faith and reach out for support where you can. pretty sure you can keep receiving words of encouragement here. also try to find a decent 12 step program where you reside, travel a little if you must for a good one. good luck.
I stopped drinking in 2017 and my life and health have greatly improved.
You got this!
Good for you both! Keep at it.
Good luck! Just remember that as long as you make progress, you should be able to forgive yourself for slipping as long as you get right back on track. It's a journey and a struggle, but I'm sure you can do it.
Goodluck fren. I’m in King County as well. You are the majority it just doesn’t seem like it due to the propaganda and a higher density of misguided normies.
I am in congressional district 8 (Issaquah, Redmond North Bend) and see WAY more Tiffany Smiley, Matt Larkin and Jesse Jensen signs then Murray or Kim Schirer signs. Actually haven’t seen a single Murray sign. Not sure if I am voting for Larkin or Jensen in the primary but I lean towards Jensen.
That’s the area where I work right now. People are snapping too fren. Things are changing. Hell there’s a house here in Issaquah that had a 40ft by 30ft Biden Harris sign over their garage that they just took down… LOL
Yeah I think one of my co workers is entering the anger stage of awakening. He lashed out at me and another coworker for not masking up after him and the triple jabbed all got covid. I just had no patience for it and said sorry you got duped. Didn’t say a word after that cause I think he knows I am right deep down.
Mad props to you fren. Stay the path.
imma join ya
Awesome. During these uncertain times we have to be level headed and prepared.
Keto is your friend. Your cravings are brought on by sugar stimulation and once you get off mega amounts of carbs your body goes back to what it's normal state should be. On YouTube watch some vids from Dr. Eric Berg and Sten Ekberg. Both have very beneficial ideas about what diet does to the brain. Stay off anything white...sugar, flour, rice, bread,...lots of bad things we injest because it makes us feel good without you ever realizing how harmful they really are. Once you are on the diet for a week or two your mind will clear up and those nagging aches and pains will begin to disappear. It's hard for those couple of weeks to break the sugar addiction but it's well worth your mental and physical health. Dave Ramsey for financial advise and Homstead Engineer for a look at how prepping should be done, if you've got the money. Good luck and get healthy.
I watch all the peeps you recommended so I think I’ll try the homestead engineer. Sounds like smth I’d like too.
Stay strong brother
Prayers on the way fren.
Tell your buddy with the chew problem that there are alternatives. I grow my own mint and chew it whenever I'm outdoors for any length of time. http://www.mintsnuff.com/
Prayers up for you and your friend.
May God give you both a strong sense of purpose to heal and strengthen your bodies for the challenges ahead. May God help you get back on track should you stumble. The Dark Forces want us weakened, then defeated in our mind, body and spirits. Don't let the Garbage Pushers win.
You got this 🙏🏼
Try eating mostly meat, eggs, and fruit. I’m doing that and feel amazing. Looking into adding organ meat supplements from heart and soil company as well
I follow Dr. Paul Saldino and am looking into this.
Yes! I just started binge watching his stuff.
Will keep you and your friend in my daily prayers. Take it one day at a time, sometimes it will be one minute at a time. Know if you have temptations, do something else for 20 minutes and 9 times out of 10 the temptation passes. If not, repeat 20 minutes. Keep yourself busy. Good luck to you and your friend.
Each day when you feel the urge to drink, look back and say I don’t want to waste these past 3 days. Then drink plain water. Tomorrow make it 4 days, then 5. Your desire will start to wane around 10 days. Drink plenty of water. Keep a water bottle in your hand or close by from here on out. Don’t wait to be thirsty to drink. You’ll flush yourself out and rid yourself of toxins. Around day 7 you’ll notice how much clearer you think.
I bought a case of flavored seltzer water. I am a beer drinker and like the bubbles. Never much of a Hard A guy. I have some ready to go in case I get that post work beer craving.
Seltzer water works. I used it to nix soda cravings and alcohol cravings. Keep up the good work. When Covid hit I started drinking hard (for me) for a few months. Gained a crap ton of weight and developed this skin rash. Now I’m doing IF and Keto. Lost all the weight and then some. Muscle definition is gaining. The skin rash is still work in progress. Anyways…all that to say you’re not alone. Keep it up and one day at a time.
Don't go to the doctor unless you want him to diagnose you with Monkeypox.
Perfect. Seltzer is great for padding your thirst for beer. Stay away from any sweet drinks, wine coolers, hard ciders, etc.
You got this!!! Hang in one day at a time!!!!
Maybe take up making nice balsamic vinegars. Lots of money in that.
I’ll pray for you, fren.
good luck to you, fren!
by the way, not a big deal, just trying to be helpful, but you misspelled "effective," lol.
God, please help these people conquer their vices and be the warriors You intended. Please shield them from the insanity that surrounds them. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
You are on the right track. If you need further inspiration, read up on the American Revolution 1.0, and you will realize that the first round was much harder.
Will pray that you and your friend stay strong. King County is full of sheep, sicko and demons. Get out if you can.
I have given up vices as well and in times of struggle I find it helpful to watch this video of Trump talking about his brother telling him not to drink or do drugs. Good luck and God bless!
Praying for y'all, pnw! Motivation is key and it looks like you and your friend have that part done!
State of Mind IS Everything.
Awesome! Stick to it, you'll be so happy.
