Can't search the car for the ballots without probable cause. And being there at 2AM or whatever is not actually probable cause. Suspicious yes, but not actionable in a reasonable sense. :-/

Showing up at a drop box, no matter what the time of day, is not going to sway any judge to order a case to prosecute. Even based judges who believe in the law would throw this out. :-/
Please keep this in mind: I love this. I love seeing patriotic americans standing in front of these drop boxes stopping this.
But lets be real here. Nothing as-of-yet has happened to anybody who clearly broke the law regarding 2020. I don't expect anything to happen until we get a lot of America first politicians in office.
To that end, these men and women are doing the lords work. When the state fail, its up to the people to pick up the slack.

Can't search without probable cause. Even then, the driver could say no you cannot search my car, because even then an officer has to ask permission to search the car, or call in a warrant, at 2AM. Good luck getting a judge to sign off on that.
Unless the ballots are just sitting on the scumbag's seat in plain sight, you couldn't prove without a warrant he has these illegal ballots.

This is the way. Until we achieve the final goals of election integrity, people will need to just be around. Mules are much less likely to drive up and start pumping ballots into the box with a bunch of people watching.

Mules/drop boxes are unnecessary. Seriously. They can just "mule" all the ballots they need from any number of USPS facilities, postmarked yesterday. Hell, they don't even need to bother with postmarks.
What about just welding the boxes shut? It seems impractical to guard them 24/7 for months. Not legal, but surely fiery and peaceful.
For the love of god mix 100's pounds of quick crete and shovel it into the fraud boxes.
That would be illegal as would glueing the door shut with quick drying liquid weld. Wouldn’t want to do anything illegal.
