What is this thread all about?
Just a place for general discussion. A place to unload whats on your mind and talk about anything - personal, health, help needed, achievements, daily highs and daily lows, theories, predictions and what have you.
Does not need to be Q related.
While reading some articles about ancient Rome, I stumbled across an interesting news story about an inscribed stone found in northern England near Hadrian's Wall. The stone is 1700 years old and says, "SECVNDINVS CACOR." Translated, it says "Secundinus, the shitter." It also has a large penis drawing under the text. Someone back then really didn't like this Secundinus guy. I never really thought about ancient graffiti before, but now I know it exists. 😃

Edit: article about the find, for anyone interested.
How do we know that one of the archeologists didnt do this?
I don't think archaeologists live that long. 🤔
Maybe Pelosi has.
Did Biden or any other member of the deep state Cabal really order that drone strike on that al-qaeda leader, or did Trump just show the globalists who is really in charge by being the one to order the hit? Biden’s 7:30 statement was totally unbelievable.
My bet is Trump, if it was a real deal. Biden will take credit, though, because it happened under him.
You have to believe there is a God to be an atheist.
You are letting him control the conversation and he is making it about you rather than the facts.
Ask him what he believes and why he believes what he does. This will put his guard down because he gets to talk about himself and you should be genuinely interested. Most people don't even understand or have a reason. Then just poke holes slowly by asking questions.
I would present the following:
You can see the evil in the world and know that it is so. Why?
Seek a solid foundation that you may not be deceived.
Seek the truth with all your heart and mind.
Why do you believe what you believe?
Seek love for all people. It is better for an evil person to recant than die. Why?
Where did we come from? Take it all the way back step by step.
Is there more than naturalism (chemicals in brain)?
Where does morality come from?
Why does anything matter?
Listen to people standing in courage and carefully consider what they have to say.
Be brave, form your own conclusions.
This is a series of general questions I made up. It is better if you adapt to what he is presenting. I highly recommend the book "Tactics" as an apologetic tool. Some of my co-workers are lost causes without prayer and the Lord's intervention. Hope this helps!
It is difficult. I have reached some people better than others and I hope at least started them down the path of asking questions of themselves and the world.
Be encouraged that you never know how far God is going to take that 1 step out in faith.
This is a true story -
When I started a job there was a guy hired soon after me who was the worst project partner I ever had in college. He not only did no work, he pretended he was going to do work. When it came time to partner review I gave my honest feedback to the professor and him. Don't hear anything from him.
Years later, when he joins the company I tell my boss he is not to be trusted or good. Boss says ok, we will keep an eye on him. I am understandably frustrated having to work with this guy again. But God starts working on my heart. I decide (with Holy Spirit prompting) to actively try to not just treat him professionally, but actively be friendly.
Years pass. He actually is doing well within the company and a solid contributor.
One day we were at dinner with other coworkers and he got very drunk. And he told this to all of us there. He said that when we were in class together in college he was on several hard drugs at the time, really unable to be motivated, and failing classes.
But then he got that partner feedback. And he credits me with being the reason he quit hard drugs, straightened out his life, and made all A's in college from there on out. Because I was real with him. He recognized that the way he was living was not ok. It was super awkward but that night has stuck with me ever since.
Point is, the sick need to understand they are sick before they will seek a solution or change. I am praying God convicts everyone in this world in the same way.
Don't forget to ask Holy Spirit to lead you in this. He will help given you the words to say, and you are only responsible for planting seeds. It is the Lord who is responsible for making them grow.
If, as you say, he is Godless, then you may not be able to do anything about that. If he is mainly anti-church, you may still be able to get him to have a relationship with God. There is a lot of evil in, I know, the Catholic church--I'm not too sure about the others--but they probably have their share of evil also. So believing in God is one thing and worshipping at the church is another. You can be a great believer and not like the formality of the church, no matter what religion you belong to. Do you think God cares if you worship him from outside or inside a church? I don't think so.
If I am reading what you put above, then sorry--but it sounded to me like he didn't like the organized part of religion--something I am not in favor of either. I say let people worship the way they want to and tithe what they want when they want.
Annoying and such a shame. The following may not have anything to do with religion, and you may already know this, but these are statistics that show the media is very prevalent in what we think, generally. He may be being influenced and not even know it:
This should be a wake-up call if you don’t already know this.
A recent poll was conducted by a national polling outfit. Names don't matter. They are all the same. This one was "YouGov”. Results to these questions asked of average people on the street. …………………………….
So why do people have such inaccurate thoughts on these counts? THE MEDIA! The media run race, gender, and wealth stories constantly. Result? You are being brainwashed by the national left with the media. Hitler’s propaganda minister Joseph Goebbels would be proud if he'd had half this success.
Disney just went full-on "gender" They will no longer welcome guests with the traditional "Welcome ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls" Why? Because 1% of the population dictates to the other 99% (that would be the vast majority) and corporate America falls for it.
Regardless of what you think. Less than 20% of Americans use "Twitter" yet Twitter controls 80% of public opinion, why? The media.
Next time you are thinking Americans have changed and not in a good way, remember, it's fake.
It's all a lie. Most people think just like you do but the media has brainwashed Americans with constant broadcasting of “LIES”.
Some people will never wake up. Good luck, your "friend" doesn't know how good a friend you are.
Nudibranches. Please have him explain how random and abrupt evolution leads to a nudybranch.
etetnal jellyfish, 10000 year old trees are other good examples
But nudibranch trumps them all to me. All the nudibranch, even the craziest looking ones, have sound color theory and artistic balance. That's no accident, it's tangible proof of intelligent design
I stated my journey with the Bonfire guy's "Great Awakening". Whichever you introduce, preface it with "No one knows exactly how things are going behind the scenes, this is the best Anons put together at the time, but we have better understanding now"
Also, it might be a good idea to start with redpilling in specific areas. For finance, it would be Catherine Fitts Austin's Planet Lockdown
For medicine I would suggest Murder by injection
For FBI, Ted Gunderson
And when they are ready, you can introduce them to the "Fall of Cabal" series.
Starting on part 2 might work? I mean, you don't need part 1 to look at part 2, it just helps. I wish I knew what the problem was, maybe I could fix it. I admit that part 1 is a little too "stock market"y. I'd like to find a broader introduction that fits.
As for the mutual fund stuff, if he doesn't like it, its not that important. Seeing and understanding the heat maps are really the only important part of Part 1.
As for Q stuff, I don't know. That's not the type of stuff I show people. Personally I got my Q start after finding the original Fall of the Cabal.
Was there some specific point he took objection to? I can certainly fine tune any argument if that needs to be done.
I appreciate your pain. My wife is in the field of academic research in public health. It is difficult to work past that brainwashing. She sees a lot now, but she keeps reverting back to her training and the beliefs of her coworkers. She still has some level of "trust" for the system that she works for. Like, she is at the point now where she appreciates their might be some fuckery, but it can't be that bad.
It was a long road just to get here. If you are patient, it will happen.
I was really hoping my work would help someone like your husband, with specific knowledge of the topic. It is disconcerting that it fell on deaf ears there. It means my argument could have been made better, though I'm not sure how.
Maybe future parts will be a better introduction. Part 6 I think will be especially eye opening as I show how the pharmaceutical/medicine/education system was created.
However, if he can't even make it to Part 5 (or even to the heat maps), Part 6 would be a terrible introduction. It is meant to be progressive. If you can't accept the beginning as even possible, nothing after can even be seen; the cognitive dissonance is just too great.
Counterprogramming is hard! :)
I had put in the Mutual Fund thing as an addendum long after writing the report. I see now it disrupts the flow, and prevents people from getting to the really important information as quickly as possible. I need to move that and give it a TL;DR. Thank you for brining this to my attention.
Well, if you ask him to look at it again, I have taken that part, moved it to a better position, and put in a TLDR which explains better exactly what I am looking at in the funds (stock ownership and not "investment opportunities"). It flows much more smoothly into the first "shocker" which is that all of the corporations own each other, i.e. stock ownership is completely irrelevant, which should shock the shit out of him.
It was a mistake and careless for me to put the fund stuff there. I wasn't thinking about the overall flow and the necessity of getting to the shocker info (the hook) asap (which was how it was originally designed).
The kind my dad drank.
Damn.
Tequila. My daughter drinking it while l raise her kids. She appears to have stopped now but the aftermath is two demolished vehicles, two DUIs, one chargeable accident and the loss of many friends.
It all happened in about six months.
Brand didn't matter... me and alcohol just have an abusive relationship. But, I'm like 15 min from heading out to a meeting and in a few days I'll be getting my 1month chip.
Well, the first 9 days are a technicality since I was in jail lol but hey a day sober is a day sober
But yeah when I don't want to drink the days definitely add up much quicker vs when I approached it as "I want to but I cant"
Vodka at 16. Passed out predawn trying to walk home, on metal stairs leading up to a bridge walkway. Woke at midday with people stepping over me. Never touched the stuff again. 🤕
Never liked the taste of tequila, so avoided. Same for gin. Red wine gave me headaches, white wine super-headaches. Drank some nasty flaming stuff in Montreal once, tasted like black licorice, Ouzo or Sambuca. Tasted gross and felt like I was drinking a Sterno can. 😛
Has anyone read the Abraham Lincoln book by Carl Sandburg? I bought it at an estate sale and it's my next read, having just finished my Pretty Boy Floyd biography by Michael Wallis...great historical account, well written...highly recommend!
I love biographies and I'd much rather read one than a romance or fantasy novel.
I am reading a Christian apologetics book my brother gave me, "I don't have enough faith to be an atheist" by Geisler and another guy. Liking it so far. It is an easier read than " Evidence that demands a verdict" by the McDowell guys, but still very effective.
I agree, and it's better in some ways than On Guard, by William Lane Craig. Read all three, and I agree, Evidence is a Longer and harder read, mostly because Josh McDowell wanted to cite all his resources.
The SauceFag in me likes that.
I agree, I prefer to have the sources myself, but it makes the book more of a tool for Christians than a book one can give to a seeker, unless that seeker is someone who wants sources at his or her fingertips. (as I would)
I have a couple CS Lewis books to read. I need to up my book intake.
Screwtape Letters?
Maybe. I started that one, I think, at the library in the church where I used to work. I never got to finish it.
I've not read it yet. It is on my to-do list.
My mom loves that book
Evidence That Demands a Verdict is a tough read, would probably be better as an audiobook (would make sense, since it is a compilation of lecture notes).
Another good one that's a bit easier of a read is The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel.
I've read Lee Strobel's "The Case For Christ" and, yep, I agree it's a good one.
I did read "Evidence That Demands A Verdict" cover-to-cover when on my search for TRUTH in 2017-2018 timeframe. It is very comprehensive and yep, audio book might have helped these old eyes get through it.
My decision after all is that it is reasonable to be a Christian. I knew for sure when the Holy Spirit of TRUTH came calling on my heart.
This one is 742 pages and I'm not a fast reader, so it will take me awhile to compare if I even get to. I always find something else to do other than read! I don't want an audio book, either. I should spend less time on here, broadening my horizons, and just read a good book. ;)
anyone have the live feed at Taipei airport for reuters without having to go through Twitter?
https://youtu.be/x9UoSQxiHfc
thanks!!!
Just like America has both patriots and sheep, I am sure Taiwan has the same.
They're going to fuck over Kari Lake, I can feel it in my bones.
Think our friends in the US military have "STOPPED THE STEAL"
Is anyone else having problems with ashlanddog? His unleashed link isn't working for me but buzz and American thinker is.
Am I the only one? Am I the only one pissed that everytime I see a live shot of the white house that I see people loafing about. Leaning on stuff,a man wearing a dress, for all to see. What happened to the marine standing proudly at attention?
He is probably still doing the same at the real white house!
Probably lol
Let's go Kari Lake, Blake Masters, and Mark Finchem!
Lake is getting smoked right now.
I'm not too surprised, I live in a red part of north central Phoenix and she is pretty despised by everyone but the hard core crowd.
Spoke too soon. MAGA wins!

For anyone who fancies a silent era film that's nearly 100 years old, there you go. Louise Brooks was the most beautiful actress ever to grace the screen.
