Nigella Sativa Oil, NAC, Oregano Oil capsules, Iodine, Magnesium (if six: D3)

Besides that: a lot of fruits and veggies, proper protein intake, strength traning.

The best thing I finally managed three weeks ago was quitting the booze, I'm sober since then and I plan to stay sober for the rest of my life. Makes a huge difference. I know, three weeks is nothing, but for me it's a big deal and I already notice the impact of not drinking alcohol. I guess one of the reasons it finally worked for me was the de-fungus protocol of Nigella Sativa, Oregano Oil, NAC. It seems to work, no cravings for unheathy stuff whatsoever.

Just try to stay healthy, eliminate shit in your lifestyle. Adding some supps helps, but it won't if you fuel your body with crap.

Thank you, fren. I tried hard for quite a while to quit, I needed help from God, and he lead me to a thread here on GAW where I found out about a de-fungus protocol. A fren in this thread mentioned it helped him with/against the craving for beer, and when I think about it: alcohol is nothing but sugar, fungus needs lots of sugar, so I gave it a try. It worked.

The first three weeks on this protocol I drank, a lot, I was on a vacation, but I set my date: first day after vacation is the time to quit. It's three weeks since then, the first week was a bit rough, bad sleep and such, but no more craving.

Best decision I ever made in these times. I've been sober for over five years about 15 years ago, but for whatever reason I started drinking again. Let's see how it plays out this time, but I'm a different man now. Marriage, kids, Q and God changed me. Or led me back to who I really am.

This site helps a lot, as well. It's a safe harbour in times of troubled waters.

FYI, I've been clean and sober for many years now, and it helps me TREMENDOUSLY to attend two AA meetings a week. Even after all these years, going out to two 1-hour meetings a week is a far better use of my time than when I was drinking day and night for years. It nearly killed me, but fortunately I found the fellowship of AA. I don't know where you are, but I can virtually guarantee there are meetings somewhere near you. My best suggestion to you would be find a meeting or two that you like (shop around if you have to) and stick with them.

Congrats on quitting drinking. Your other fungal concerns are interesting and new to me. I would imagine a lot of people on the board would be enlightened if you would be willing to post about it? Perhaps start your own thread and educate people a little. It would be very helpful and appreciated by your frens here, I'm sure.

Oregano oil is a blood thinner so you should cycle off of it and don’t take it continuously. Also it is a very potent antiviral, anti bacterial and anti fungal and you can experience a Herxheimer reaction.

Really need to take magnesium with D3/K2 and would like to take Zinc as well but the 5 above are what I would take.

C should be considered a countermeasure vs D which must be taken well in advance. Let me explain. The second you feel a cold coming on then take several vitamin c pills before going to bed. The C will alkalize your blood and kill whatever is causing the pre cold symptoms.

To many, Ivermectin is difficult to get. I have found that, upon reading the data sheet for Ivermectin, that a substitute is black cumin seed, which is readily available in vitamin stores or on Amazon.

Newly discovered (for me) are the first three:

  1. BHT -- oh, yes. This changes everything. The cabal hates it because it kills bad stuff of all kinds. Rips the lipid coating off so your immune system can kill whatever it is.
  2. Methylene blue. Another cleanser. Amazing. Careful, it stains everything.
  3. Brain: Huperzine A.
  4. Super green stuff on rotation: Blue-green algae, spirulina (Hawaiian nutrex), chlorella (Sun)
  5. Some kind of parasite killer, on rotation. I switch them out.

Don't get lab rated stuff, it needs to be medical grade.

1g pre measured crystal powder mixes into (I think 200ml- they give instructions) distilled water. Keep it in a glass dropper, and don't get it on anything you don't want to be Sky/Galaxy blue.

Also, it's very important not to take it with anything it interacts with. That includes certain sleep medications and any form of anti-depressant/ ssri.

I take all these daily right now. Also a probiotic! And a multivitamin. I also drink one Pedialyte when I take my meds in the morning to stay hydrated. Potassium is really important to have in your body to make all these things work together for good.

Social anxiety greatly diminished... Charisma stat up like 20 points because I can actually have a conversation with people (and bosses) without thinking about how I sound. Great for focusing on a task as well. Increased quality of sleep... the list goes on but it's going to start sounding like snake oil.

D3, B12 (through a B-Complex), Iron. These all like each other.

Lutein (vision complex) Finally went to eye dr after about 5 years. I actually improved my left eye's vision. I also do eye exercises to strengthen the muscles. I have transitionals to help guard from cataracts. Now, it could be that previous dr did something wrong or who knows, by this dr says it does happen. Either way, I'm fine with it.

That's all I'd do normally, until recently. I've added in a Quercetin with Bromelain +zinc, +Vit C, +Vit D3. (No, I'm not getting too much D3).

Also, I'll add on here that I don't do multi-vitamins (and have to watch the complexes) as they contain metals that I'm allergic to.

The more I can get from lifestyle/eating habits the better. I'd prefer to not take Anything!

  3. A good quality fish oil and/or turmeric

  4. Magnesium L-threonate

  5. Some herbs and/or binders for detox depending on what your body is doing, but detox should be an ongoing process considering how much glyphosate we consume.

But get bloodwork done. I take zinc because I am chronically deficient, based on bloodwork. I take Vit D year round now because despite supplementing my level is still low.

CLEAN UP YOUR DIET. STOP EATING GRAINS AND PROCESSED FOOD.

Exercise. Meditate. Lower your stress. Make sure your house doesn’t have toxic mold.

Oh and a good probiotic!

If you have other health problems like arthritis, tendonitis, joint pain I would take Great Lakes collagen powder, and yes it works. But so much can be fixed with diet.
