I understand your point here but.... you dont understand how China works, the reason there are this many apartments open is because they are not ment to hold people. Its all a big scam dealing with how cities get founding and taxes, there are also scams where buyers have to start paying rent on apartments with monthly payments while its still being built and then it never gets built leaving those people to keep paying rent. Many people in China can't trust to put their money in banks so they buy real estate to hold their wealth. Further more the corruption in China has buildings and homes fall apart after 10 years because of all the corners that are cut. imagine buying a $100,000+ home and all the concrete fails and crumbles over in 10 years. There are other reasons why too. The more you really look into China you see how its worse than most of us think it is already.
And it's been right there in front of us the whole time!!! lol
Why empty?
Looking at it it struck me that this is a totally new concept in city building. It is a pack 'em and stack 'em "smart city" that is completely planned on every scale. They build the entire thing and then bring the people in.
These cities weren't just built for the fun of it. My fear is there is a global catastrophe planned that will kill back most of the human race and the survivors will be sent to these empty cities that are just sitting there, waiting to be filled. It will be year zero, the old lands, and all their statues and historical buildings and libraries destroyed, history will be wiped from the memory of society with the last generation who witnessed it, and humans will start over in a new globalist era.
That is close enough to what I think. They want every human besides the elite confined to these technological prison cities.
Only trouble is China doesn’t allow you to enter illegally!
