It is definitely wrinkled.
Compare the above photo with Diana's casket:

There are some creases in Diana's flag, but sometimes a deep fold can be hard to completely iron out, depending on the fabric. Either way, it isn't wrinkled, like the Queen's flag is.
Also note the differences in floral arrangements. The Queen has this flat, rather beat-up wreath of...daisies?!? Did someone go out in the field and pick them? 😋
Ha! it just hit me:
Pushing up daisies.
What a troll! 😂🤣😂
The Queens flag is way more wrinkled than just the creases in Dianas.
The Queen's flag is THE FLAG THAT goes on her coffin AND the flag definitely has wrinkles in it...
is that house the chinese hollywood? theyre playing with us, surely
It is wrinkle.
What kind of artwork on that flag? Those are very strange.
Looks like the "coat of arms" for the royal house of the Kingdom of Great Britain.
Don't think so.
"Coat of Arms" for Kingdom of Great Britain on Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Royal_coat_of_arms_of_the_United_Kingdom
Even the colors are wrong.
This is exactly what it is:

Thank you. I see the what you are showing me now.
I just thought the colors were extremely odd but the glass could be the reason.
Probably the window tint. I would imagine a hearse would want the coffin to be seen from the outside but not in great detail, so maybe polarized window tint fits the bill.
Think so.
Just makes the colors look odd.
Close. Linked by CasuallyObservant is the "Royal Standard of the United Kingdom".
In the picture is the "Royal Standard of the United Kingdom for use in Scotland" It is very similar, but quadrant arrangement and content is slightly varied.
Not enough of an issue to address - unless one is being quite particular regarding official royal protocol ...
Good find to CasuallyObservant.
Looks like they ironed the one on Wikipedia LOL.
Nope, that's the same colors, after accounting for changes from the glass, the better question is why they're using the version used in Scotland.
The body, or what they're calling the body, is still in Scotland.
Would you mind elaborating your theory? Definitely got my attention. Thx
First, the colors are usually gold, red, white and blue. You won't get royal color like a pink. You understand that.
Go to the link. You can see all the Arms of Coats over the century.
Thx
Look pink in that picture.
Maybe I am color blind.
I wonder if people will get envelopes at the funeral.
im not one to watch funerals live on tv but this one..............
I saw a clip of the coffin being carried, the flag looked very messy and the people carrying it looked more clumsy than I’ve ever even seen at small town redneck funerals…
Frankly, I genuinely expect them to pull out all stops trying to make it as glamorously “royal” looking as possible.
They’ve had a long time to plan London Bridge. These are coms. We know what a wrinkled flag means. The world can mourn for the queen. Anons know her and her family members closeness to pedos and her own involvement.
These are royals. If you don't do it correctly like your shoes have a speck of dust, you will get fired. To look like a small town redneck funeral would be beyond DISRESPECTFUL.
It would also be a beautiful sight to behold.
LOL
In the days of the monarchy, you'd probably be treated quite badly.
^ LOL. Boys and girls, this is an example of what we call understatement.
Probably get beheaded for not watching for wrinkles or watching my steps. LOL
It fucking does!!
The wrinkle thing is tough for me to get behind cause flags are folded so often..
I never doom and I like this idea i just see it waaaay too often.. John F Kennedy's flag was wrinkled a bit from folding, for example.
No way. I just went to a friend’s funeral at a Catholic church and the material over the coffin was ironed—not a single wrinkle. In fact, if there had been, it would’ve looked horrible. People will know instantly.
Some are creases from folding, while some are wrinkles from simply being not folded correctly.
you mean they didnt iron the flag for the queen? i dont buy that
Exactly. They would steam that thing until every wrinkle was gone, regardless of how they got there.
Not saying that. Just that you notice some fold lines from time to time, and that's normal. On the other hand, wrinkles are from mishandling. Just pointing out the difference. I would think they would want the flag as neat as possible. Like you said, ironed flat, looking perfect.
Good help is hard to find
So I did a check on the last king's funeral. Seems the british dont have the same standard of flag management as the US military does.
Saw that too. Seems so odd though. It's not as if ironing or steaming a flag would be a huge effort.
Wow
Kind of looks like world trade center and smoke drifting like 9/11. I'm not the only one who sees that
Yep! My first impression. 👍
Definitely wrinkled
Is that fabric so old, it can't be ironed?
I would expect a Queen to be draped in a fine flag, one hand stitched by royal seamstresses. This appears like a flag someone could buy at a corner stand vendor… not at all made of quality… and definitely wrinkled as a cheap flag will definitely wrinkle as there is no weight to the fabric…
Diana’s flag looks to have a couple very slight wrinkles from being folded correctly. The Queen’s looks to have been partially rolled up in a ball at some point in time.
When I looked at Diana’s coffin being carried, the pall bearers hands made the flag wavy
That looks wrinkled.
who cares
Oh damn! We know what that means. Rhymes with TATER
