This is why there's the mute/block button on these social platforms, for the people to decide whether they should block/mute "annoying" people they don't like.
Twitter et al, do not need to intervene on their behalf when someone cries when their feelings get hurt/offended. Twitter et al need to educate the crybabies to use the block/mute button more often then tell them Twitter et al are not their mother/father/Big Brother.
This is important. But damn all the damage they’ve done projecting a false majority viewpoint. The brainwashing that these platforms have accomplished is unprecedented in its scale and scope. This brings us one step closer to lifting the curtain on the whole system…bot and troll farms as well.

BREAKING: I just secured a MASSIVE VICTORY for the Constitution & Free Speech in fed court: #BigTech CANNOT censor the political voices of ANY Texan! The 5th Circuit “reject[s] the idea that corporations have a freewheeling First Amendment right to censor what people say.
One of the things that it means that Twitter isn't allowed to censor speech on behalf of the govt, in order to push their propoganda. If you want to research, look up the case of Dr Shiva when he was running for Mass Senator.
Twitter's only purpose is propaganda. It is about one thing and one thing only. Controlling the narrative.
They can not just walk away from that and survive.
This opinion is only binding in the 5th circuit (TX, MS, LA). Other jurisdictions can take the ruling as informative but are not obliged to follow it. However, because this deals with the activity of global social media companies, it's likely to effectively become the de facto standard because Twitter et al. do not want to keep getting sued by Texans and Cajuns.
It only truly becomes national policy if it's appealed to the Supreme Court and they uphold it.
Good ruling. They can't just ban speech they don't like..it's discriminatory.
Banning foul language on a platform for EVERYONE equally is fine. These types of rules are fair for everyone. When you start to pick and choose every little thing the platform can ban then you're not treating everyone equally.
That's just like saying anyone can post whatever they want on a platform..but whatever black people post will be banned. See how that works? ..it's what's happening now..except they're banning Conservative voices..and they're doing it under the guise of calling it 'misinformation.'
Netchoice v Paxton complete decision
Thanks!
ty, fren
This helps. Thanks, OP. I was wondering what HB20 was, and now I know it is Texas law.
Does Trump get his twitter account back now?

Awe dang it ! I was hoping Truth Social would grow more. I hate twitted
Twitter is going away, there's no doubt about that.
I think it will. It's not even globally available yet.

That’s exactly right…thank you!

Before this board gets taken down…like voat, etc….I want to thank you all for the red pills, the hope, and the prayers! ThanQ, frens! GODSPEED
The only hurdle now is if the supreme court picks this up.

Just says if you are a Texan they cannot censor your speech. I am from Ohio, rats
I have no idea what this means. So we get free speech after how many more appeals?

This is a huge W for us, today!
I remember that case. It's a great win. Hopefully we'll see results.
It was a while ago, I learned about it! I was just furious! Let's see what happens!
This is such a huge win for us, fren! This is so so so big! I'm almost as happy as i was June 24 when R v W was overturned as a federal right!

Looking forward to them going belly up.
Yeh but they'll keep doing it regardless of what the courts say. They're above the law

so do the bots on twatter still have rights to hivemind any free thinkers off the comments.
Twitter, being a DARPA project, could be considered a part of the government.
can you imagine the flood of info that they're gonna have to allow on their shitty globohomo platforms now.
