Town employee quietly lowered fluoride in water for years
RICHMOND, Vt. (AP) — Residents of a small community in Vermont were blindsided last month by news that one official in their water department quietly lowered fluoride levels nearly four years ago, giving rise to worries about their children’s dental health...
Of course they hate the guy he's stopping them from poisoning us!
The irony is that the local public being alarmed about anything was due to the gradual lowering poison in their water.
Clown makeup meme
There's no fluoride in the water you tinfoil hatter!
Well yeah there's fluoride in the water
How dare you try to lower the fluoride in the water
If you lower the fluoride in the water you will hurt children's dental health!

I honked into the abyss, and the abyss honked back.
Haha yes! Too bad it wasn't longer than four years. They could've had a nice sample size of people with less organ failure, specifically kidneys.
Have no fear, local crap gubmint. Myocarditis will pick up where the fluoride left off.
There’s tons of areas that have taken fluoride out of the water for years. The data is out there although to be fair it wouldn’t be easy to compile it all
Insane.
Fucking normies.
I do water treatment and our own EPA says not to ingest water over 500ppm; globally it is 700ppm.
There are so many cities over 500ppm in WI and a couple over 700ppm. It's truly a crime.
Fluoride was the main reason why my family started drinking exclusively RO water over 10 years ago. You don’t realize the difference until you try the city water again after a while and notice the smell of chlorine. The city water quality report also shows arsenic and a bunch of other chemicals, but perhaps the most concerning is the pharmaceutical drugs that pass through in wastewater or just get dumped down the toilet. None of that is tested or filtered at the water treatment facility, nor is any of it in the report.
Absolutely. Spot. F'n. On.
The acceptable amount of arsenic and these toxic elements is 0.
Same. Ro water tastes awesome. Like a beautiful glass of nothing.
when you say city water, are you talking tap water run through an external filter? like a pitcher or one attached to the faucet?
Tap water from the faucet with no filter. A simpler carbon filter will remove that chlorine, but not much else.
where is that even acceptable? tap water is not potable water anywhere if I'm not mistaken.
Every municipal water treatment facility in the country puts chlorine in the water to sanitize it. Technically potable in that you won’t get a parasite from it, but the chemicals in it could definitely disqualify it in some people’s opinion.
ah I see.
RO water?
Reverse Osmosis
Not all heroes wear capes
Thankfully my city doesn’t add fluoride to the water…. Don’t really matter because I RO filter it anyways, but it’s nice to not shower in it either.
The panic over lowering fluoride levels is astounding. Nothing the corporate media cares about more than infant teeth health and reducing your covid symptoms at all costs.
It almost seems like vaccines and fluoride are fundamental to their plans.
IF there's so much misinformation about water fluoridation than why have so many other countries banned it from being in the water.
Giving rise to worries about their children’s dental health? I don’t know, it’s been four years, so how is it?
Fluoride Bad, water department Good and should be Praised by the residents of Vermont.

Sodium fluoride is an accessible and frequently used compound that if ingested can cause ventricular dysrhythmias, hemorrhage, and death. Sodium fluoride is a Poison.
https://cameochemicals.noaa.gov/chemical/9070
Ever see what the municipal workers wear while adding this chemical to your water?
Read all the directions on your tube of toothpaste. It may be enlightening. Sodium fluoride is used as a Insecticide. Sodium fluoride is a toxic waste product of the aluminum industry - so why is a waste product put in our water supply?
Sodium fluoride causes cancer.
https://www.cancer.org/healthy/cancer-causes/chemicals/water-fluoridation-and-cancer-risk.html
My wife has distilled water for over 20 years. You cant imagine whats left in the hopper after a boiling cycle. We also have reverse Osmosis systems in our house.
DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION YET ???????????
They are not adding sodium fluoride. It's fluorosilicic acid and it's very toxic industrial waste. www.fluoridealert.org for everything.....
The "bible", last I knew, is The Case Against Fluoride-How Hazardous Waste Ended Up In Our Drinking Water and the Bad Science and Powerful Politics That Keep It There. Author is Paul Connett. Amazing man; I met him in Aurora, Colorado, in 2010 when he was doing some education with Cathy Justus of Pagosa Springs. The video that was shown was: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QUsUujzNjEo
right...........
Not all water municipalities fluorinate their water. Mine doesn’t.
So they say.
It’s part of my job so, yes.
Yes, put more concern into your child’s teeth than their brain. One wonders if the parents ingested to much fluoride. Yes the employee went rogue, but that just goes to show that anything can be added to or taken out of your water, if the right employee is in power.
Does anyone know if a drop of iodine would purify a glass of tap water riddled in fluoride? I use a filter, but just curious.
No, it will not. It must be filtered out, preferably by reverse osmosis.
ThanQ, TakeItBack! The whole water ordeal — worldwide — is just diabolical. I live in a major city and have an alkaline water filter (the plastic kind that goes in the refrigerator 🤣)! But, I’m hopeful that sort of helps???
Welcome. Yes, it certainly is. I think that ANY water system must filter because of the drug residues, heavy metals, bacterial & other organisms present. Since the municipal water is not even tested for drug residues, I have to ask, what else are they not testing for? I am not interested in ingesting drugs that way. Chlorinated water gives me a stomach ache.
I started out with distilled in the late 70s and then lived in a place with well water. That was good for awhile. After that, I had a Nikken system but then I realized that it was not filtering the water--and it was fluoridated. Soon after that, I began using a Berkey filter, since 2010. Got very dissatisfied with their filters during 2020 and found them not very helpful. I rent and didn't want an under-the-counter system so, since then, I have a countertop R/O system. I add minerals to it before drinking it. My 15 year-old cat has always had good filtered water. :-)
ThanQ! Sorry for the bother, but what kind of minerals do you put in your water? Your cat must love you! 😃
No bother, friend. I use about equal parts of "40,000 Volts!" and Trace Mineral Drops to each gallon that I will drink, water the plants with, or use in cooking. I think he, Tanner, the cat, probably does but he is incredibly opinionated and loud. :-) Since I got him at 4 months old, he's had a raw food diet. Unfortunately, he had the crap vaccinated out of him by then and he was quite sick for awhile. He's 15 now and has been very healthy and energetic.
Now compare IQ scores with when they had higher levels of fluoride
based
https://www.uswatersystems.com/ Made in the USA RO system. Protect your family and get that crap out of your water.
https://www.uswatersystems.com/all-american-6-stage-reverse-osmosis-system.html
It was a fact that people in areas within the US with naturally occurring fluoride in the water had less cavities than areas without fluoride. It also happened to be that those with lass cavities also had significantly less teeth.
Good guys dont ever wear capes.
I also have dropped the fluoride levels in our plant to next to nothing. I showed a state inspector how fluoride leaches lead out of pipes. It's very corrosive. They told me there is no bite to the regulations. i just have to feed it. Barely have the pump run. Usually have levels under 0.10 mg/L and I'm saving us thousands in chemical costs. A lot of the folks that come out to check on fluoride agree with me that it needs to be stopped.
I remember an article that Trump thinks it needs to be stopped as well, but he has to deal with the train wreck of the dems before he can fix it.
You may not have read The Case Against Fluoride-How Hazardous Waste Ended Up In Our Drinking Water and the Bad Science and Powerful Politics That Keep It There. Author is Paul Connett. The research that he and others have done is voluminous and was NEVER done by the criminals who have been poisoning people via fluoridated water. There is NO place for fluoride in animal physiology. This process is a crime against humanity. As I commented above, www.fluoridealert.org is where you'll find more information than you ever dreamed.
I have read a lot of info against fluoride. Had a doctor red pill me on it. Said to look into it for myself, which I did.
Had one inspector argue with me over it. Told him some damming facts. And he said "I Don't Care! Feed it anyway!"
These people are evil. Fluoride has nothing positive going for it.
Been to and through Richmond, VT many times. Lovely small town on the Winooski River with a famous "round" church. Most folks that live there commute into the Burlington area for work. Many at IBM or the U of Vermont. So despite being rural, much of the populace is urban in nature. Add in that Vermont is very liberal in general.
Never heard anyone talking about fluoride in my 20 years of living there. But I often heard about Act 250, Vermont’s land use and development law that opened the door to state government interference and control of private property. But that's okay with most Vermonters because it protects the environment, you know. That's the mindset.
Secondly, are these people friggin' stupid? Please poison us! We aren't brain damaged enough! The man was doing them a favor.
Water plant operators are not dentists! The Safe Water Drinking Act says you will not medicate the population thru drinking water. But what did they do? They jumped up and down! Eureka we have found it before any study or test could prove it worked. They held out a carrot to water plants. We'll pay for the equipment and the first six months worth of fluoride, provided you feed it into eternity.
I have my own artesian well, and when I travel, I take the water with me, been doing that for years, people think I'm eccentric, but, oh well, (pun intended). There are free flowing pipes all over Vermont that people fill up containers with, those who do not want to drink that water, comes right out of the mountain, deep and clear. When I lived in Mass. there was water coming from Mt Tom, I would go weekly and fill up on that. This guy will probably catch a fine, if not fired for it, too bad, he was doing it out of concern and care. Lots of folks up here who go the natural way, anti vax, anti pharma, and yes, anti flouride. He may just end up with a whole lot of support from the people.
