The Brunson v Adams is from The People.
This represents We the People's last chance at a peaceful non-kinetic revolution and a return to a Constitutional Republic.
If this petition fails, the remaining options on the table become more and more kinetic, which is why I feel there is a good chance that this is not ignored by the Justice Department, and action is actually taken to pursue this case.
Make the Constitutional Oath mean something again. “All Enemies Foreign and Domestic.”
If it fails, it 100% proves that the SCOTUS is a captured entity and things will go Kinetic. I don't think it will fail.

This is the precise reason why the plan is taking so long to unfold. We have to achieve a 100% removal rate of the Cabal and Deep State from every level of government and society. This is a Military operation, and in such an operation there is no timeline, only the conditions for success.
I disagree. The avoidance of bloodshed is among the primary reasons for the delay we are experiencing in the plan. Were things to go kinetic, the operation would be at risk of failure, as the conditions for success are the preservation of The Republic of the United States of America for all future generations.
We have to remember that this is not merely about our time on this Earth, but that of our children, our grand children, and descendants down the line for the next five hundred years. We cannot in haste act upon the Cabalists and Deep Staters on the surface without also identifying and tagging those in the sub-levels of government and society. We have to get them all. If we do not, then like weeds they will regrow and infest the government of our great great grandchildren, and they will be fighting this war all over again.

This was filed, no responses were given, it will get put into the ‘conference rotation’ with all of the other WoCs. They all go to conference. 100%. This one is not special. However, when I explain that, people lose their shit.

Not sure what you mean by "conference rotation" is that like the Senate majority leader putting a bill in their drawer and never seeing it again, even though it might have 80 other senator signatures, it will never come up for a vote. Or something similar to that?
No. The conferences happen several times a year. When a case is ready to be reviewed in conference, it goes into the cases que. eventually it gets put into one of the “scheduled conferences”.

The problem I run into in my head when legit trying to game this out is: how does one raise the kind of numbers necessary to actually have a shot to overwhelm the force the govt would pour out in opposition. I’m figuring about 3/4 of a million able bodied, armed, motivated men could do it. But how can you get secure messaging to that many people without running headlong into federal opposition to shut you down? I can’t figure out a successful way forward and every time I try to actually voice these puzzles on here or pdw people come running out of the woodworks screaming “fed, fed, smh. Can’t win.

This case challenges the Supreme Court to act in favor of Brunson. In doing so, it means that everyone in Congress that voted to certify Biden won without first investigating the accounts of rigging brought by 100 sitting members contradicted Federal Law, giving aid and comfort to the enemy and illegally allowed them to install their chosen candidate in a fraudulent manner. The question is whether the Supreme Court has the balls to negate the 2020 election, cause for the arrest of all Dems and Rinos, including Pence, that voted to certify the election? It would bring back Trump as the rightful president. We all want that but does SCOTUS have the courage to do the right thing? The legal reasoning put forth is sound and very well written. Interestingly, Brunson found a legal way to bypass the lower appeals court that was dragging their feet on the decision and go directly to the Supreme Court. Amazingly SCOTUS accepted it. Now, will they be willing to overturn the election and arrest hundreds of sitting Congressional members, the Biden admin and others?
Thank you for that. That SCOTUS accepted it is hopeful. I believe DJT is trying to use all legal means necessary to avoid mayhem and civil war, but also to establish precedence for future threats. If/when all legal methods are exhausted due to failure on behalf of possibly corrupt SC justices, that's when MIL can legally be implemented. Otherwise, the international community will not recognize DJT's legitimacy, and all will be for naught. All eyes are watching, not just from within.

Based on the interview with one of the plaintiffs in the other stickied post, it's likely to be days or weeks, not months. It needs to happen before the new Congress is sworn in. They seemed to agree that sometime in December is most likely.
What must be proven for the Military to take over investigations? The FBI, and the DOJ to be proven corrupt. But wait there is more... We also need the Judicial Branch to be compromised.
This is the last piece. Either they rule with the law or the Millitary is taking over. Either way we win.
The Justices are compromized so they will either punt into space or ignore the law. This is what activates the millitary. They are trapped and can't move.

If they're compromised, why kill Roe v Wade? Would have been such a big win for the cabal to uphold it and solidify their oh-so-loved "right" to murder babies.

Sorry, Qanaut but this Petition of Cert 22-308 in the Supreme Court seems very weak in a legal sense and the chance of 4 Supremes accepting a case from a Pro-se litigant is next to nil. Q said it would be FISA that brings down the House, not election fraud. So, I am hoping we get a speaker of the house that will investigate FISA abuses and recommend indictments. Of course, we need an AG on the side of the Constitution. So, hopefully, the Brunsons case will remove the unelected Pres and his AG, so prosecutions can occur... I am willing to hope.

Not investigating the rigging of the election is high treason and anyone in the government who did not investigate it should immediately be removed from office including 300 or so congressmen and senators, pence, Harris, and biden.
