It is a Mustang Arms.357 Magnum from the video game Deus Ex: Human Revolution. If Elon put that gun there it's not about that gun but some story element(s) within the Deus Ex games. All of the Deus Ex games explore the world's elite and media manipulating society at various levels. A deeper dive is mostly likely required.

The Vajra has been referenced all the way back to the sumerian gods as their weapon, legend says it would essentially launch lightning bolts. This ties into the Zeus stuff, as well as the Hindu ancient wars.

THIS IS COMMS IF THERE EVER WAS COMMS. Look close … the tabs on the cans (which are perfectly aligned in a straight line) point towards what I think is the message. From right to left (could be the other way, I dont know) the first can points toward the light, the second (first in the row of 3) points right at the mirror (he is referencing himself maybe?), the 3d points right at Washington in the painting (crossing the Delaware river), the last can (or first) points to that nasty little piece of hardware (that I have never seen the likes of before), AND that vajra (see comment about what that is posted in this thread a few times).
So … we have LIGHT, MIRROR (maybe Elon himself), WASHINGTON, VAJRA and PISTOL (destroys internal and external enemies).
