I would identify patriots with prior military experience and use active duty personnel to lead small squads. Such as one member of the MP’s leads five patriot’s to man a checkpoint or harden a potential target of the left like infrastructure. This would maximize manpower. I wouldn’t be surprised if people are not already identified for such rolls.

You have referenced antenna systems, which have nothing to do with your claims. Unless you are wearing a "harvesting" antenna, it will mean nothing to you. And beam shaping only works to produce a strong enough signal strength that wireless range or S/N ratio is improved.
That would have to be you. I read both citations. The first one was about power scavenging from extraneous signals. The second one was a catalog of images and products. I worked with phased array antenna technology that can point the beam up to 60 degrees off-axis. Old hat 30 years ago.
