Does nobody else have the power to create conservative bots? Like ones that say, once the guns are gone, kiss the bill of rights goodbye or link to a video showing people getting hauled away to quarantine camps in China, Australia and the like? I have the hardest time comprehending how people don't equate losing our guns with losing freedom

So, his conscience bothers him enough to post anonymously on 4chan...but not enough to find a new job? Either a) this is disinformation, or, b) this is an example of everything that's wrong with America, and people essentially looking away while bad stuff happens. If this statement is true, what is actionable, especially since it's posted on 4chan? What does this person hope to accomplish?
I was in tech years ago (software engineer), and left in 2015. It was more the case at that time that many of us knew it was either keep our heads down or lose the ability to provide for our families. If you were ousted from any job in the area for the wrong reason - nobody would want to touch you. So it was either continue on in a mental prison or potentially give up on your career.
The mistake many of us made was in thinking we could lay low and not get involved. The truth is that eventually you will be given the option - sign the deal with the devil or be cast out. It doesn't matter how unimportant or small you believe your role is. That's when I left.
I can't say if this particular claim is true or not, but I did see this same scenario play out thousands of times and found myself in it as well. I was naive and didn't really track politics back then, but it'll come for you regardless of your desire to stay out of it.
You are on target. This is exactly how it was. Many of us managed to move into other ways to make a living, but it is not something you can do instantly. This whole "IT" thing is such corrupted bullshit.
Time for a reality check. People have to survive, and often their family's survival depends on them too.
It is very easy to get pigeonholed into a job you hate, but as time goes on escaping becomes more and more difficult. It often becomes a question of keep on having a home and providing for love ones or living under a bridge.
This was part of the point I was trying to make. If it is true, then his way to ease his conscience is to post to 4chan, and hope...what, exactly? I tried to look at this from both angles, and it just doesn't really add up from an end-point goal.
He put in the right place for the autists to take up, and push the information. Looking at it in hindsite it doesn't look like anyone really went after the information, but that is also just the surface impression for all we know the whitehats got a major break on where to snoop from his information.
We are all in the dark here, and the reality of how they won may or may not ever reach the light. I hope it does, but that is my personal wishful thinking.

Not saying whether the post was true or not. I have no clue. But, I've been desperate and worked and lived around people that often got desperate for many years.
Sometimes, a person in a hard situation reaches out just to reach out.

I've coded enough to know this is likely true. Neural net stuff doesn't hold a candle to modern language AI. Its not hard to give the AI guidance like targeting specific key words and phrases. Linking it to social media platforms might require some glue scripts but I wrote those as a sophomore in college for side work.
Have to give props to an honest dem. Bravo sir.

Elon has been bringing emphasis to "AI innovation" the past week – maybe someone is forcing the cards because this is about to bust wide open as to "AI" being behind a lot of the filth and propaganda.
Thinking more and more that AI, to these people, is trying to achieve a godlike character for them, but really the people behind the curtains are really trying to usher in demonic realities with it. What can be done with a "tool" that "thinks" for "itself" but without a soul?
