Huh? Currently Gitmo has about 35 jihadis left. Islamic terrorists. They are not charged with war crimes. That would require them to be in the Geneva convention. But they aren’t. They are not state actors of any country.
This article should say the courtrooms are for global war on terror. That’s the entire reason Gitmo exists.
Who is being charged with war crimes? That implies it’s a state actor ord some sort. An official. A general. A politician. Someone that can actually be charged with war crimes.
Who is this courtroom really for?
It's for the criminals that have committed treason against the United States. Politicians, media, big tech, corrupt judges etc. I hope it's all filmed and archived.

My gut feelings tells me this is not for citizens. I mean, we can be toted off from local officials and held without reason right now. Think Gregg and Kat. Also Jan 6th prisoners, if they are real. So no need for Gitmo for us. Naw this is more secluded, out of sight justice that, imo, would be out of our knowing. So not to disturb the citizens day to day. At least not at first. Then, one day, when people aren’t showing back up anymore…people will understand.
My thoughts.
If it would happen they will have to come for us. And then plan would be changed to:
