From the trial: 42.5% of ballots inspected in their random samples were fraudulent. This election was completely illegitimate. Kari won. (twitter.com) 🌵 RHINOS IN AZ 🌵

So here's what I don't get, you say that, but days ago already the judge dismissed 8 of her 10 claims without even hearing any evidence because they failed to meet whatever criteria for a challenge under Arizona law. We're already seen this movie.

Hmm. I had a spare mail-in ballot and I just measured it. The paper is 20" long. Not sure what part is the "ballot" as referred to here: there is a row of black vertical marks above and below the printing, look like calibration marks. From top of these at the top to bottom at the bottom is 19.25". The part between is less than 19".

▲ 9 ▼
– AllowMeToExplain 9 points 3 years ago +9 / -0

I hate this point because it is so damn convoluted. Which makes it difficult to carry heavy weight with the judge unless he damn sure understands what is being said. Here is the best way to put it:

Ballot paper for this election is 20". What was attested to by the expert is that the printers were printing an image that was scaled to 19" paper but it was still printed on 20" paper. This would cause the scanner to reject it when doing its security marker checks because they'd all be in the wrong place.

These ballots are not fraudulent. These ballots are sabotaged. In order to count these (if they ever did) they would all need to be duplicated and printed to the correct scale for the scanners to read. Which, with that sample size, if extrapolated would be 10s of thousands or perhaps even 100s of thousands of sabotaged ballots requiring duplication. Which happens at Runbeck.

The witness stated that it is not possible to inadvertently do this. That the EMS program that executes the printing on a laptop that acts as a print spooler would have to be configured this way. In other words, this could not happen unless it was intentional.

– M42D 6 points 3 years ago +6 / -0

We went through all this in 2020 with the fractionally off-centre ballot delineators in Georgia, which were then redirected for 'adjudication' (ie the staffer goes to the inbox and drags to D or R). One of them showed it being done that simply on video.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– inquimous 2 points 3 years ago +2 / -0

I understand that they are talking about scaling it down, and they were crafty to pick a 5% reduction over all--someone who hadn't seen a lot of ballots, or seen them lately, would think nothing of it, because who knows where the calibration marks should go? Five percent on this unusual size paper would not seem small to most people who are looking at the words,, not the layout. I think mine is scaled down. I have another unspoiled ballot from Nov. 2021, a small local election, that I will check later.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 6 ▼
– KeepTheFaith 6 points 3 years ago +6 / -0

IMAGE was 19"

To someone filling out the ballot they WOULD NOT KNOW that the machine would reject it as fake.

TLDR: 40%+ of ballots SENT OUT BY SOS MARCOPIA were fraudulent ballot to steal votes.

For as long as I've been getting ballots, there is a 1" stub at the top that instructs you to tear it off before mailing it back. That would turn a 20" ballot into a 19" ballot.

Now, why would these ballots still be 20"? I don't know.

Why would a 20" ballot fail to scan? I don't know.

Does a 20" ballot imply a fraudulent ballot? I suspect not, but it's clearly a mistake that caused problems with tabulation. Was it intentional? I don't know.

Clearly, we need to learn more.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼

The stub is on mail-in ballots. Since I posted above, I've learned that Kari's case is discussing in-person ballots. There are other threads showing the images of these ballots and they are messed up.

This is good example for why we must continue to vote! It is crucial that we do so in vast numbers.

The more votes we cast, the more rigging (work) the other side has to do to compensate. That's more work for the green hair chumps; the xe's and xer's, and the other dimwits who work for the democrats. More work; more opportunity for them to make mistakes. We continue to vote in large numbers- we will break them.

Not the only place where they cheated hard. Left is screaming bloody murder in Harris County as the republicans continue to fight the cheating over the Harris County Judge.

https://www.texastribune.org/2022/12/09/harris-county-election-lawsuits/

Harris County officials have yet to explain the full cause of the ballot paper shortages, long lines and voting machine problems on Election Day, and experts say the lack of information is fueling a bipartisan surge of criticism — both valid and baseless. At least two losing Republican candidates, citing the problems, have already filed legal challenges to void the Nov. 8 election and order a new one, and lawyers are warning election officials to expect more.

“It’s clear their goal in filing these contests is not evaluating the election and figuring out how to improve processes. It’s instead to demonize the administrator, to sow doubt in election results because they lost,” Harris County Attorney Christian Menefee said. “And to throw a Hail Mary in hopes that a judge will undo the votes of more than a million Harris County residents.”

Translation: "They're fighting our cheat and that isn't fair!"

No ruling today, trial continues tomorrow. Almost certainly no ruling tomorrow either; judge will have to deliberate and write an opinion, and writing an appeal-proof opinion takes more than a few minutes.

ruling that they did not fall under the proper criteria to bring election challenges under Arizona law, even if true, so they did not merit further consideration.

The system is designed with enough checks and balances to eliminate mere incompetence. Election ballots even have their own paper, the way that money has, that's how sacred the ballots are. Mis-printed ballots would never pass the verification process, whereby those responsible for that step in the process officially sign off—as in, under penalty of perjury—to the nature of the ballots. Mere incompetence would not eliminate their responsibility or exposure in this case.

Yes, like getting dollar bills from the bank that are a half inch smaller. Just does not happen.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 4 ▼
– PrincipledPsychopath 4 points 3 years ago +4 / -0

If it were just one location with these problems, or if we were seeing the same problems throughout all precincts and during early voting as well, maybe incompetence. But when we see this specific problem only on election day (meaning there was a change from the early voting config), across numerous but not all voting sites, and when the affected voting sites just happen to be heavily skewed towards Republican voting patterns... nah.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– OffGridGuy 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

Please stop misrepresenting things in the title. These ballots were NOT PROVEN TO BE FRAUDULENT, they were printed on the wrong size paper. Of course this happened way more frequently in Republican districts, but the State or County are just going to say it was an accident and they counted all the ballots and oh look, a handful of Democrat heavy places had the same issue.

permalink save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– HairyWBush 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

so then this can be solved with a hand recount of said ballots, no? a LEGITIMATE recount

permalink save report block reply
▲ 3 ▼
– PrincipledPsychopath 3 points 3 years ago +3 / -0

If the tabulation issue were the only problem, then yes, a hand recount could remedy it. Unfortunately, there are numerous other problems in play regarding chain of custody and duplicate ballots which means that we can't trust a recount to accurately show the will of the voters either.

▲ 1 ▼
– HairyWBush 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

hmm

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 1 ▼
– OffGridGuy 1 point 3 years ago +1 / -0

No, because this caused huge delays at impacted polling sites as poll voters tried to explain to suspicious people that it's "perfectly fine" to stick your ballot in the box "to be counted later" instead of running it through the machine which can't read it due to the incorrect print sizing. How many people had to get back to work and left rather than wait in the even longer lines this created?

42 is "the answer to everything". Literally all the news and memes are pimping the 42 and connecting it to Phoenix or AZ. Brittney Griner #42 for Phoenix. Title 42. Elvis (who died at 42) shows up in memes wearing a white jumpsuit with gold phoenixes. And so on.

This one is interesting because it's a 42+. Sorta like Q+, so it probably indicates some new aspect of the op. But what?
