Yes, sitting in prison for a non-violent crime, while murders and rapists are set free without bail. Makes a load of sense! Let’s audit corporate CEOs and see if they all report their penthouses and car services as income, include hospital CEOs and CFOs in that audit.

Who is the "victim" of victimless crimes? Usually the government. What becomes a crime when the government is the "victim?" Anything the government wants.

Ding ding ding. Exactly. If the government doesn't get its cut, then you get the slammer. 10 percent to the big guy never sounded more appetizing kek

The victim of this "victimless" crime is you. If the rich don't pay their taxes, then you will. So, you say, the government doesn't need to collect so much taxes. Maybe. But you may agree that the DoD needs its $827 billion/year to support our nation's defense. Someone needs to pay for that. Again, if not the rich, it will be you. This is not a victimless crime.

If the rich don't pay their taxes, then you will.

Taxes were invented by rich men. The richest people pay the fewest taxes and always have, for thousands of years. Taxes are a fraud, 100%.

In our case the US government borrows all money from the Fed. Not a single dime comes from our taxes. Eventually, after the Fed gets it's cut (all tax money goes to the Fed first), some of those taxes pay down the principle on that years loan from the Fed. The rest gets carried over into the "deficit" which is a system designed specifically to fail after sufficient real assets have been transferred from We The People to those same rich men.

But you may agree that the DoD needs its $827 billion/year to support our nation's defense.

Who exactly do we need to defend ourselves against? Every single war for at a minimum of the past three centuries has been a contrivance, created and funded on both sides by those same rich men.

The idea that We The People must pick up the slack in taxes, and thus we are the victim requires the assumption that taxes are not only necessary, but not fraudulent in any way, and that everything in that system is perfect for our society, both in the specifics of all the taxes we have now, and the overall concept in general.

You have been trained to believe that is true your whole life. We all have. Guess who created the education system that taught you that?

The same rich men that created the tax system and benefit the most from it.

For details on this fraud, see this report here.

Nope. Adventurism is not defense.

This times a million. If we were to follow the Constitution, we'd have next to no standing army and a small navy that's around to patrol our waters.

Your taxes substantially are used to pay the interest on cash the government borrowed for prior spending. The taxes you pay provide little current-day benefit to the functioning of our society. Abolish the Federal Reserve and Federal Reserve Notes. Bind the currency to a fixed asset like precious metals. Force elected government into a fully balanced budget. Only use current taxes for current expenditures and stop borrowing money.

Sorry Trump, but I don't like what you are implying here. He broke the law, he goes to jail- better, a stinky, dangerous, normal persons jail, like all the other proles go to, Not a white color (special people's) country club jail. Did Trump call for an end to "special people's" contry club prisons? No, I didn't think so.

He want's to start yapping about "two tiered justice" then lets talk about ALL of it- especially the degrees of punishments that the proles receive compared to the treatment of rich, white collar crooks (like Trump's boy).

We all know exactly what created the two tiered justice system- rich, white collar, "special people," paying for exceptions to laws; paying for people (campaign donations?) to make laws with loopholes, and exceptions for themselves, and other bullshit, while political enforcers get paid (by the rich folk) to look the other way.

All of these white collar criminal assholes, and ever other rich, well connected club member- EVERY. MOTHER FUCKING. ONE. OF. THEM get off the hook for the shit they do every, single day in this country.

The "just us" system in the country IS the way it is (two tiered) exactly because of corrupt rich assholes never really paying for their crimes. They built a justice system in their own image- corrupt, rotten, and accountable to nobody.

So, as to your boy who is rotting in a jail over a minor, bullshit crime just like so many thousands of other "normal" Americans do every day, I say "tough shit." Fix the damned system; not whine because your boy was excluded from the good 'ole boys club.

You're taking this too literally, haven't you been paying attention?

Or were you thinking that Trump working so hard to keep them from getting his taxes because he was guilty of something. When it actually caused the dems to set their own traps and now legal precedent has been set to go after all of their taxes.

Because the J6 prisoners, like almost everyone at the Capitol that day, were Soros-funded Antifa. Trump has confirmed that J6 was an Antifa false flag multiple times. The J6 prisoners are Antifa traitors, not patriots, and Trump knows this.

You're taking this too literally,...

Perhaps I am. But, his statement sounds to me more like a complaint that his boy was targeted (because of Trump hate) rather than a condemnation of the whole rotten system that routinely applies double-standards to justice.

I can only hope that Trump will pivot on this issue to call for an overhaul of the two-tier justice system in it's entirety. An end to "special people" "prisons;" and an end to soft sentences against white collar crimes, etc...{edit} and, especially a top to bottom overhaul of the corrupt tax system that is designed as a two-tier system.

Hold on a sec. Are you meant to pay taxes for using a company car? Does that mean all those AT&T guys who drive company trucks are on the hook for unpaid taxes? What are the implications of this exactly?

I get what you mean about a 2 tier justice system but this isn't that. This is political targetting and should be frowned upon by everyone no matter what tier you are on. What you should really be promoting is the idea that crimes without an injured party aren't crimes at all. The State cannot be the injured party either or they can do anything they want which is exactly what is happening.

I explained what I think about the two-tier tax system in a follow up comment below. I agree that what happened to Trump's boy is an abuse of power- because of two-tier application of law, as well as the two-tier tax code.

What annoys me about what Trump is griping about, is that his complaint appears more centered on the idea that his boy didn't get special exclusion for his crime- like everyone else in "the big club" always does, rather than denouncing the whole corrupt system that routinely allows white collar crimes to go unpunished, nor does he condemn the entirety of asinine tax laws. That bothers me.

How do you fix a system that is completely out of control? Do we just wake up one day and flip the switch? If we cannot fight a war within the acceptable guidlines of war... we are no different then the oppressors you aim to hang. Forgiveness becomes a neccessity at some point. For we are all guilty and we all deserve that wrath. We may say to ourselves "im not like them, i would never do what they did <insert your chosen Sin>", but the truth is we are no better. We lay in bed with our wifes and dream about another woman. Or we drink to oblivion and cause havoc, then expect it to just go away. Or your like me and cannot go in public because you just want to fight someone. We have all been victims for our whole lives. It is about time we stop being slaves and victims to our emotional distress and fall to our knees before God.

God knows man can live at war.... we have proven that fact. Can you live at peace fren? Can you chose peace over war? This story will continue until mankind takes responsibility for its own actions. Our Father is patiently waiting for you to just crack, so that you might humble yourself before Him and ask for Forgiveness. He granted it before your knees even hit the floor... that is our merciful Father in Heaven who sent His only Son to pay for your debt and for mine. Justice is Gods to give out and there is only one tier of Justice. That is HIS!

I pray for you. That you might experience a day at peace. Play a flute in the woods and smile at the wonderful creation before you. I pray that you cry Fren just cry and let that anger out. I understand it more than you know, i live it with you, i am also a part of that anger, right now though i am praying and crying for you. This War isnt about countries.

Father Bless this person, give them the same assurance you gave me and show them there is a better way. We need you now Father, no man can lead us to Salvation, save your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen!

Forgiveness becomes a neccessity at some point.

Thank you for your kind prayer fren. But please do take note that I said I was "annoyed," and "bothered" by what Trump is implying- not angry, I still love Trump :D

But make no mistake, I will not condone calls for corrupt double standards to be applied equally to allies, without those who call for such measures to also denounce the corrupt system that has allowed for this corrupted normalcy of justice, and the white-collar criminals who built it, and who have nurtured it for decades.

I only hope that Trump will use this incident as a foil to launch a serious attack against the whole corrupted system. Few people in US history have been abused by the double-standards system more than Trump.

It's [past] time for him to start calling for major changes to the entirety of the system that routinely gives "slap on the wrist" punishments to white-collar, "special people," and political criminals- if that even, while everyday citizens face harsh punishment's, and fines for relatively minor (and often unconstitutionally created) offenses.

The use of the White House is a benefit provided to the President of the United States for his personal use outside of his working time there. Does the President pay income tax on the private use of this benefit? I bet there is some specific law excepting it... but on face value this is exactly the same crime that Weisselberg is serving time for.
