Straight up mad as hell about this shedding. My wife's side has been all vaccinated, some boosted, some not. And every time we hang with the family, we all end up getting sick the next day for about 3-4 days into the future.
We have noticed it, and identified the cause.
We still endure and love them, but it is getting tiring. And I feel gross every time I notice it.

Is that why I am starting to notice a trend of how I feel like complete dog shit for 2-3 days if I spend a lot of time in public places? I am going to start writing this down.
Short version of a long story, I sometimes find myself going 3-4 days in a row with never leaving my house. Winter sucks and I also do not need to go to my office ever anymore. Though I do when its impossible to work at home. So I don’t hardly feel like this during those periods. But if I spend more than a straight to the point grocery store trip in public I feel awful for at least a day or 2 and sometimes longer.
What the hell can be done here?
There are therapies you can try to help flush your system of the impurities that you absorb by being out in public.

And why do they say you need to prevent conception while in the study?

Quick, related, personal story…My mostly leftist (but at least can be reasoned with) wife asked if I had a gun and suggested we get one when Covid lockdowns hit. and told me she was glad that I always stocked up waaayyy extra on dried food and toilet paper and water. Last year, 2 girls in my son’s class, both aged 9 and both with parents in the medical field received the vaccine just days apart from each other. They both started their periods a few weeks later at the same time.
