Every government intervention in food recommendations and additives, water additives, pharmaceuticals and air quality in my opinion was to make the majority of humans sick for the purpose of profit and population control.
Yep the word canola means Canada Oil
Certainly a more marketable name than Rapeseed.
It's damn difficult to find food without soybean oil.
Processed foods are almost impossible to find without some soy byproduct, even if it's just soy lecithin.
Cooking from scratch is harder until you get some practice in and learn how to cook nutritious foods you really like. Then it's much harder to go back to the garbage.
I couldn’t agree more. I cook from scratch. There is no way a full time working Mom can do this, so she turns to all the easy soy processed products. This is how they are destroying us.
Very important read.
Damn. Another change I need to make. We already make sure to take in animal fats for brain protection and vascular elasticity. I am using peanut oil as I like it’s high smoking point. I guess we’ll switch to avocado oil. It’s very expensive. We use olive oil on occasion but lately it just tastes weird.
Ghee is an excellent option with both animal fat and a high smoking point! But mostly, I just use butter. Can't tolerate the smell of coconut on everything.
My daughter can’t stand coconut, so that’s out. Where did ghee come from?
Ghee is clarified butter.
Thank you! I could’ve looked it up but I didn’t want to leave here 😊!
You can buy high quality coconut oil with no taste or smell.
Indian grocery stores.
Thank you!
Use lard, best thing
Coconut oil is good also
I remember the buckets of lard they used to sell at most grocery stores. I haven’t seen those in a long time.
You can always get some pork belly and render it yourself, slow cook it in the oven, or maybe even ask the butcher if you can straight up get some pork fat.
I like the pork belly method because not only you get a sizeable amount of fat to use later (you only need a lil bit to prepare food at a time, unless you're deep frying something of course), but you'll also have a delicious pork belly to enjoy.
The only thing lard is not very good for is to make cakes, pies, or any sweet pastry stuff, but for that coconut oil is awesome.
Thank you!! I was avoiding that based on bunk science. I was always throwing away animal fat, until now!
Best thing for you really... look up how much heart conditions increased with the introduction of crisco around 1910 or something, I've read once that heart conditions increased like 1000% or some crazy number in like 20 years.
I'm not sure if using pork belly is the best way to get lard, but I'm sure you can find many guides on rendering animal fats, around here I still find lard being sold anywhere so I just get that.
Just save your bacon grease.
heart disease was virtually non-existant prior to the invent of seed oils
I use lard for my pie crusts and you would never know. Yes lard has a different smell, but once baked you can’t tell the difference.
Walmart carries those buckets.
It has been impossible to find lard around here, and then even the pork belly has disappeared.
Or bacon fat.
Use tallow from beef suet..it's healthier than lard. Find a farmer and they'll often give you lots of suet for cheap..render it down in a crock pot. This is what everyone used to fry with before poisonous seed oils were thrust upon us.
It's what they used to fry McDonald's fries in back when they were amazing.
I loved those fries 🙈
100% grass fed butter or Ghee
probably more to change. Listen to Dr. Anthony Chaffee, neurologist, on youtube.....Plants are trying to kill you. I have to eat totally different these days. And cook a lot more than usual but so far so good! No stomach issues, energy level good, sleeping good,....
great article
Hubby says he needs mayo, so I'll make him some.
Do you make it from scratch?
I'll give it a try. I looked up a few recipes and videos. It seems that the trick is to add the oil verrrry slowly
We had been stashing grapeseed oil, dang it. How about peanut oil (because we fried a turkey, filtered it and are reusing it)?
I use coconut oil. The one I use doesn't have any coconut taste. It comes in 1 qt., 1 gallon, and 5 gallon: https://healthytraditions.com/products/coconut-oil-organic-expeller-pressed-1-quart-1?_pos=1&_sid=88f461205&_ss=r

This article is spot on...absolutely correct info... I only use virgin coconut oil processed by natural methods from the Phillipines and grass fed butter and rare olive oil. I highly recommend the company Tropical Traditions...I buy it by the gallon...the owner is a wonderful patriot..here is a link...

I use butter also. Or olive oil, coconut oil. Baking requires nice butter imo lol.
So what to use for our popcorn?????
Saved for very soon future reading. Thank you fren.
your welcome fren
Hey! At least our government isn't poisoning us with sewer oil! ha... ha...
Plants make oil. Animals make fat. Humans have never consumed oil until recently. Other than fruit, avoid eating plants.
