NO. Let the states clean up the gangs, the Federal troops need to be used to clean up Congress and all State corrupt officials. I'd love to see storm troopers burst through the doos of Congress and begin arresting Congress-critters who oppose our government. We need a national unity that the El Salvadorian president is espousing. What a great country America would be then.
