The EO laid out a panel of people that would assist the military. This dovetails with the shirt he was photographed in with the name of that specific office on it. He’s one of the civilians hand picked to assist with COG.

His specific name isn’t, that’s incredibly classified information. But when you put all the pieces together it fits. The job is essentially the same job he did in the admin, he’s one of the handful of the trusted inner circle, and he intentionally went to an event wearing the polo shirt of the office in the military, that if there was a COG event, would be the office that executes it.
Even that alone shirt alone is a big hint. He’s advertising that he works for the specific office that handles coordination between the military and civilian side in case of a COG. Why else would he be wearing a polo shirt with their logo on it?
It’s similar to the Ezra Cohen hints and the mystery office NCSWIC he was assigned to. They are showing you and telling you something is afoot but not just saying it out loud.
