Guess the PTB don't want the everyday items that they have in their own homes...HMMMM......
Can it be that some are "lining" their pockets and leaving for the "burbs" so they ESCAPE what is tobe like Detroit????????
They should be outraged, at their own community for accepting that shoplifting is an ok thing to be doing, en mass even. I hope locals set up shop to fill in the holes Walmart left behind though, if they are given the, your stuff is mine and I dont have to pay for it, I doubt that will be the case, no one can afford to do business that way.
And then they'll load their theiving asses into a bus and come out to steal in your neighborhood stores, when they get arrested and carted off to jail that'll be racism too. kek
I new a black comedian who had a routine about the typical "when you get hit to big don't forget to give back to your community" and his reply was to list off a bunch of times he had been robbed and the punchline "I'll give back when I get my shit back."
I hope walmart pulled out of Chicago overnight. No articles in the newpapers or on televison. Just close up the store at 11pm and the next morning the moving trucks show up. It would be priceless to see the purple hair, pajama wearing 10:30am slackers arrive at walmart only to find they cannot purchase their Cheetos and Monster drinks because the store is closed.
Call me crazy but doesn't this seem more like a plan than claims that these closures are because of theft?
IMHO, It smells a ittle like it's part of a well designed plan to target the areas where the most resistance and uprising is sure to unfold when the system comes to a meltdown and supply chains breakdown.
When no food is obtainable people will take to the streets and people will die, many people will die. Ingenious when you think how they will wait until we kill the majority of ourselves off first, then they will have a reason to come in and shoot anyone they want justifying each kill, if necessary, saying their targets were hostile renegades who gone mad, those who are in safe regions, have food, weapons, ammo, shelter and radio or TV will believe what they are told from CNN and America could be systematically dismembered, which isnt this what they want anyways? This is when we look back at those YT videos 10-15 years ago who filmed suspicious work going on at Walmart stores that were closed then making claims these would become the pre-REX84 camp processing centers, IMHO, these closures are not due to theft, it's the Walton family doing what they are told to do. All while the wealthy elite enjoy the best of everything waiting it out in their underground Waldorf Astoria suites...
I am sorry for honest people that did shop there, this is unfortunate for them, on the other hand, those shoplifters that robbed Walmart harmed the honest shoppers, the Walmart store and more importantly they harmed you and me. Retail theft is paid for by Walmart charging other customers more for items. Those that robbed Walmart just don’t care.
what will happen next is, the thieves & socialists will now move on to the next city, probably a conservative-type place & will ruin that place.
much like the west coast for example. they've turned what was once a beautiful area, with so many chances for prosperity, into a literal shithole & transformed the coast into a socialist, communist paradise.
the west coast is gone, the east is gone & they'll be closing in on the midwest & south soon enough.
Walmart should reply with "we are only making room for the small guy to move in. We feel bad for monopolizing the area" LOL
Small businesses are leaving too. They are MORE vulnerable to constant theft.

Who will 'divest across the nation'? The 'we' who have been so bad for business that Walmart had to leave?
Dont threaten me with a good time, pal.
I wondered about that too. Is the state of Illinois investing in Walmart?!
If the obvious implication applies and they actually do it I'll start shopping at Walmart again.
me too.
I bet Walmart wins.

Whole sections or even whole cities are going to become retail deserts and they will all scream racism.

"invest" in the "community"?? to be stormed by gangs who leave the shelves bare?
Ask the thieves to invest their ill-gotten gains in their community.

Responsibility is all one way to some people
I believe that communities have a responsibility to care for their stores as much as the other way round.
Clearly it's just not your go to place for larceny. Proly cause you racis
divest
fake outrage.
this is EXACTLY what they wanted to have happen.

Maybe the embrace of all things covid was a big, big mistake?
