I am excited about this. This feels like real change is almost here. Yet, it feels scary as hell and dangerous. It feels like the start of the second or third act of a good show.

If Trump introduces documents into evidence, the other side either has to admit the documents are accurate, deny accuracy or ignore and pretend as if the document were never submitted. If they deny and are caught lying, that is perjury. And if they choose the pretend they weren't submitted route, "Failure to deny constitutes admission of truth" in statutory law.
And we all thought Durham was introducing the evidence. Does this mean August is going to be Hot?

I heard that this should have been a civil case, not criminal. Once the investigation starts, Alan Dershowitz (I believe; I was listening on radio and only paying half attention) said it easy to find process crimes to charge the person with. The process crime he was talking about was President Trump playing a recording for someone that was of Classified Information.
He, actually, DIDN'T DO ANYTHING WRONG!
What if all those documents were coverup documents and he declassified them all and also probably gave it to other people (Durham and friends?).
