There is a difference between what happens behind closed doors and flashing it loudly on the big screen in an attempt to target our kids...and no, it wasn't fussing about it that backfired, it was the normalization of it, period...

I did not intend to suggest that YOU were throwing a "church lady hissy fit". I was making a general observation, expressing genuine concerns about the resumption, by some, of failed tactics from the past.
Bottom line, sincere apologies since how I shared my real concerns about current tactics was taken personally and that was not my intent.
Ill try to add disclaimer/clarifiers next time. Ill also try to be more mindful in the future of my word choices to avoid using potentially triggering words that decrease the chances of being accurately heard and accurately understood.

You can love people in a Christian or godly way, but you don't have to accept their shitty behavior. I'm 100% with you, I'm saying that these people need help, not encourage the mental illness and the demonic activity associated with it.
