I was going to use that once, but the statute of limitations is only 2 years on it, or at least it was at the time and my trial was only a week before it ran out. Case was tossed as I expected but no one would take the case and file that quick
And before you ask, it was an obstruction charge, the claim was I fought the cop and conveniently they could find the video of the incident until I moved to have it tossed because my claim was it was exculpatory. I had an amazing judge and an attorney that did what I told him pretty much. They "found" the tape just before the trial and of course at trial when the judge saw it he was like WTF and actually accused the cop of assaulting me as he tossed the case.
Moral of the story, there are good judges out there, but the prosecution in my case, just like in Trump's was quite overzealous to say the least and expected to go to trial my word against the cop

I very much expect all these court cases to go nowhere, even after all the information is presented in an official setting, and is proven undeniable.

Agreed, as a general rule I vote against incumbent judges. Unfortunately in Georgia anyway they usually run unopposed so you're voting on continuance instead which they almost always get

Yeah … not one of my best. That bullshit a small fraction of veterans do, using their ‘PTSD’ as an excuse for everything just sends me into berserker level fits of anger. I have close friends that were LITERALLY blown the fuk up, or shot, or had to pick pieces of soldiers up they were in charge of so there would be something to bury at Arlington … that never even mention it.
Most of these folks constantly brandishing their PTSD were probably traumatised by someone there pronouncing their name wrong, or using the wrong gender, or, God forbid, didn't get their morning coffee on time everyday.
