I think most generations are split like this. The thing is that the good people remain Silent longer, it is always the destructive forces making and appearance in the public squares.
Yeah my Zoomer was pretty pissed we got Life360 because she was lying to us and drinking and driving. But she’s also ok with TikTok spying on everything she does on her phone, and has her location up for friends on Snapchat. It’s just her parents she didn’t want knowing what she was up to.
Unfortunately it wasn't just one generation that failed. The three still living sisters my grandmother has think Trump is a danger to democracy. Lots of older people just swallow whatever comes out of their TV, and it just gets regurgitated anytime someone disagrees.

But at the same time, it would've been much healthier to have never entered the relationship, or at least to exit it as quickly as possible.
Perhaps looking at it as a failure to raise children properly is incorrect. Maybe more of a failure to keep government in check over many generations.

If we could bounce the teachers who are pushing wokeness on them, most of them would wake up from their brainwashing. Some do and have woken up, as all "detransitioners" show, even from having gone very deeply into the insanity.

I don't know why we seem to have such a blind spot for polling. We know they lie about any and every poll they feel like during election season, but the second they put out a poll claiming something unpleasant about Gen Z everyone on our side takes it as absolute gospel fact, then throws their hands up and claims defeat. It's really tiring.
Now that said obviously the real number is probably pretty alarming but I'd be surprised if it's even over 20%.
I remember when Alexa first came out I ran across a story about a wife and husband having a heated argument. Long story short Alexa was on heard the fight and called the cops, cops show up arrest the husband for domestic violence. The wife refused to press charges as her husband never hit her but the state persuaded charges.
This has pretty much already been done via cell phones, doorbells, TVs w/ hidden cameras, laptops, tablets, CCTV in the cloud, etc.
