What is "strange flesh?" It is race mixing.
It's not that the other races are bad, per se. It's just that they are other races, and not of the same race. Not kind after kind, and therefore a violation of God's Law.
The Bible is the story of the family tree of Adam, and how his descendants are supposed to live. These people are the Adamites. A subset of them became the Israelites, who eventually migrated to the Caucasus mountain region, and then into Europe, becoming known as the Caucasians.
It should not be suprising, then, that the influences of Hollywood, media, etc. are trying to convince White people to race mix, but they don't want it in Israel.
Do a Google search (use Google.com, as distasteful as that is) and search the term "happy white woman," click on images, and tell me what images you see. Who controls Google? Who did I say that the Bible tells us were descended from Cain, among others? Who was Cain the son of? What is Satan (the "Adversary" in Hebrew)? What does Revelation 12:7-9 tells us that the archangel Michael did to Satan in heaven?
It ALL makes sense when you look at it from this perspective. The Bible makes sense (OT and NT work in unison). History makes sense. What is going on in our world today makes sense.

I can't say for sure. My hunch is this:
That particular race of people is a mixed race.
In Hebrew, the word "arab" means "mixed." You can see that arabs look like a mixture of races, as opposed to Whites or Africans.
Likewise, jews are a mixed race.
"Jew" is not from a Hebrew word. It was made-up because something had to be used to describe those people who lived in the Roman province of Judea during Christ's time, and who claimed to be of Israelite heritage (via Judah), but lied about it.
The word "Jew" was invented as an English word -- more than 1,000 years later -- to describe these people, and that is why it is in the modern versions of the Bible.
Although they are a mixed race (Kenites, Caananites, Edomites), the mixture is not the same for all of them, due to who had sex with whom over the millennia. Many also mixed with Whites, giving them a more White appearance.
The Edomites are a good example. The jews themselves admit that Edomites are "within jewry." Esau/Edom was originally an Adamite and Shemite ("semite") since his father was Isaac. But he was never an Israelite, because Jacob/Israel was his brother, not his ancestor.
When Esau's name was changed to Edom, his descendents became the Edomites. Esau/Edom mixed with Caananites and his descendents also mixed with Kenites. So, the Edomites, who the jews admit in their internal writings that they are, were a mixed group to begin with, and some of that mixture was with the White Adamites.
Also, some famous people might possibly be jew by religious conversion, but not by ethnicity (such as Ivanka Trump).
If Genesis 4:15 refers to the hook nose, then those today who have that physical trait are most likely of a mixture that is heavy towards the Cain branch of their family tree, while others have less of that part of the mixture.
It is interesting to note that the cartoons/memes of the conniving jew is almost always of the hook nose variety. Perhaps that lineage is the most conniving and destructive within society ("Adversary" = "Satan" in the original Hebrew), and the others not as much.
