I've listened to dozens of hours of testimonies from survivors of SRA & gov't sponsored mind control programs via Dan Duval's podcast & Bride Ministries. These are people that typically had no idea what sort of life they had led, they often have lots of problems in their life and missing time. For one reason or another they ended up seeking coaching/deliverance via Bride Ministries, and as they begin to come free of different things, Jesus starts revealing to them what has happened in their lives.
This isn't like hypnosis, and there is no planting of suggestive themes - in many cases these people haven't even talked to other survivors or heard their stories. Most powerfully, once the things Jesus reveals are dealt with by His power, their lives are changed in real ways as they become whole again. Targeted Individuals are getting free from harassment - all kinds of stuff. Real change is my point.
Hundreds of these people are now coming forward and telling their stories from all over the world, all of the stories revealing similar themes, technologies, locations, methods etc that are being used by the enemy to produce super soldiers and run other programs.
One of the themes that comes up is related to the underwater kingdom. There are bases down there, people down there, all kinds of stuff down there. It seems fantastical and yet pretty much all this stuff is soft-revealed by Hollywood. Think of Aquaman etc. Bizarre, I know, and yet lots of people testify they have experienced that stuff as reality.
Hopefully that sheds a bit more light on my earlier statement.

As far back as I can remember being on this board and as far as i can tell, I was the first person here to start banging the drum that Q was soft-revealed through Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame in the character of Dr. Strange, specifically when he pops a squat on the battlefield with Thanos and looks at millions of different possible futures in search of one where they actually beat him. Though there are a handful of Underwater/Semi-submerged Marine Science Labs, and a couple tourist traps located in relatively shallow areas in tropical regions.
Presumably to avoid the mess and 100% fatality rate in the event of an accident if they built in deeper water.
