Fat again? He looks thinner on the right. And people's weight fluctuates. I had a friend who was fat in his teens, fit in his twenties, and fat again in his thirties. It happens.

July 10, 2016 is when Seth Rich was murdered. I do not believe this is Mr Rich, and if it was, he lost a grundle of weight between April & July. As well developed enough testosterone to begin growing a decent beard based on the photos I have seen of him.
