The thing about it is that at the top it said Presidentvarsel(President alerl).
I'm in NORWAY, we don't even HAVE a president........
Something is definitively brewing, globally......

Hi Norwegian Fren.
:D
What was the alert about?
Just a test with info about the alert and alert system.
Was there warning about the test? In the US, they have to send those out, days in advance.
That's how I knew about that national simultaneous Emergency Alert System test a few months back.
And in true government fashion, they screwed that up too--it fired off about two minutes too early.
Regardless, hopefully one day your once-proud country can also be made great again.
My mother mentioned hearing something about it on tv a few hours ahead of it..
"We interrupt this program...UAPs are being reported over.......
👍
Last week my company, a Fortune 500 defense company, sent out an alert to all employees. Message said there was no emergency but that this was one way of communicating with us if there was.
Things that make you go hmmmmm…
Yeah in DOD world I feel like I get them once a year or so. Nothing too out of the ordinary yet. But we did have a really weird alarm go off the other day that I had never heard before and I have been to a lot of bases from every branch of the military. It was odd enough that I paused and mentioned it to my military friend I was on the phone with.
I used to work for a community bank. They sent these out every year as well. They usually sent an email a few days ahead to let us know about the test.
US regime controls every country and person in NATO, don't you know that?
One world president to rule them all, and in the darkness bind them.

Could AI listen to all those who clutch their cell phones in hopes of a message?
Could the goal be to keep people clutching them where the mic is easier to catch the voices?
If AI can indeed listen collectively or even capable of dissecting parts of the globe—could it give the house the edge? The house will always win.
We all know all the phones have microphones and so does all the automobiles.
Key word searches. Not very hard to understand or deny any longer. Is society so encrusted in technology.
AI will have to be broken somehow or people will have to demand phones with security and constitutional rights in the USA to start with.
For instance in our homes it is private but with phones (devices) is it now public?
I have tape over my cameras and I turn my microphone off (I know it still listens no matter what, even if the phone is powered off). I have had a gut feeling that they have been doing this since the release of the smart phone, possibly earlier. If I wanted to have a private conversation about planning a revolution, I'd make all the people in the room leave their phones in their cars, or put them in a Faraday cage. Military grade ammo boxes work well as a Faraday cage. If not, I assume they can hear everything I've ever said, and probably know our respiratory health based on our breathing patterns.
What would make them panic even more is if the whole country were all saying the exact same things—which to a degree I believe we are.
The AI would report -NCSWIC- back to them.
bravo, basic situational awareness, if the phones are there talk what you want them to hear from you. then make plans outside of the urban areas and mobile phones in vicinity.
They probably have it built in to every single phone built after 2005 or something to do exactly this.
But zero need for a test, much less for you to hold it up, to work...
give our best to the Emperor of Norway...

I had something odd happen in N California last weekend. First time in 19 years here.,They tested an outdoor EBS system that had a very large loudspeaker declare something like this is test of the large area of mass population alert sysyem( something like that). It was weirdly perfectly clear. There is a militar train station near the area, so maybe it’s normal. In my life I’ve never heard that type of ebs.
That is not what it said though:

NOT the message I got, my message was more involved and referenced police emergency use....
Also way further north than Oslo....
edt: message was repeated 3 times, once in Norwegian, once in nynorsk..... and once in English
TIL Nynorsk is a language
Jury is kinda still out on that one as it was basically just a dialect that got reeee'ed into being more by the tiny region speaking the dialect(you understand either you understand both so genuinely dialect and not separate language...)
That is really interesting. Thank you for that local education there.
Why is this in English in Norway?
Probably so foreigners in Norway can understand the emergency broadcast.
Most Scandinavians start learning English in the first years of school, so reading English is not considered a problem for the natives.
It goes by phone setting.
Pic?
Lucky you! I love Norway - it's one of my very favorite countries. This is very interesting about the EBS. I hope you'll keep us posted if you get more. Stay warm! Or should I say, stay frosty, fren.
Did you take a screenshot? Please tell me you took a screenshot fren!
Blocks everything on phonescreen until you click Ok and it goes away so would have had to boomer it with a second phone/cam taking a picture of the screen, and since my phone suddenly starting to speak was what woke me up I was more in punch things mode than anything else, so no....

Dasting...🧐

Norway! Howdy there anon. Isn't Norway where winter stays year around? Kek
