Everything you are referring to I have seen. I have also seen countless people swear that images of the original people are doubles but it's almost always the original. An exception that I called out as a double is the recent 'Kate shopping' pic. Sure enough it was admitted it was a look-alike used by the photographer. Look-alikes (doubles) are pretty obvious so very rare. Masks don't help anyone create a perfect voice or body proportions.

The head is rounder, space between the upper lip and nose is shorter, neck is thicker. Bill has a distinct look that he has always had that is gone with the newer photo.
