Superstonk has done tremendous Deep Dives into the GME naked shorting. I'd consider their research the best in the game.
I just don't know if the letter from Devin / Trump Media regarding the naked shorting has been discussed yet. I only lurk over there, so I don't have great visibility on the past conversations.

What is the general consensus on the quantity of naked fake shares? Over the years I've seen many different numbers.
For just GME? Billions of fake shares. Just over 300 million real shares exist.
I don't know. I quit following superstonk everyday. It's not just the stock that is short,their are swaps and derivatives as well.
I have 95% of my shares DRS. And I don't even look at it much anymore.

For example, I should be able to set my price to sell at $10000/share if I want - and the brokerage should not incur any 'additional liability' if my shares are actually in my account and up for sale.
