I suppose someone brainwashed enough could think that it's THOSE few hundredths of a percent that make the difference but no, it can't be because the sun itself varies by several times that amount in the course of time. I will say, yes, it might make a tiny bit of difference, true, but the bigger issue is the sun & how that varies which no one really knows. So my proposal would be to send all those who are trying to control humanity through this climate change stuff to the center of the sun so that they can try to solve the real problem ;)
