A word about Lawfare: 
For those who've had little or no experience with American jurisprudence, count your blessings. For those of us who've labored and litigated within the system, are familiar with its nuances, both predictable and non, I'll offer this: Lawfare, such as they are now waging against Trump, is much  like a baseball game in which only one side is allowed at bat. The other side is  to play defense only. One side has all the power, all the equipment, and all the chances to win; it's theirs to lose. 

So...In a baseball game in which only one side goes to the plate, the defenders  can't possibly win. They may not lose, but they can never  claim victory. Whether they lose or the other side quits, the defense will take the beating of their life in terms of stress, reputation, and financial loss.

I'm no Trump fan, never have been. But I'll sure as hell vote for him this next election. And  I have nothing for but contempt and raging hatred for the Democrats. I was one of them for 45 years and I understand their  fucking game. Anyone can do what they are doing. Being a cowardly leftist requires no skill, no talent, no abilities - other than to destroy, disrupt and disassemble. Fuck the left. May they find themselves buried in the deepest squats of the tarpits of  hell
