This is 100% true and they've been doing it for years. We are small generational irrigators and haven't had water delivered to one of our fields for 20+ years due to "futile call". This video frames it as the government is shutting down the poor farmers when in reality, Eastern Idaho is a high desert and many of these irrigators have recently been breaking out desert ground into new pivots and pumping the aquifers dry. I know people who have lost water in their domestic wells because these big ground water irrigators quite literally suck the water out from underneath them.
Wouldn't that be awesome, if the Lord provided these farmers the perfect amounts of rain at the right times, and gave them record harvests this year? That's something to pray for, right there!
Find wherever this is being done and take it over. Surround the place with patriots and don't allow those trying to control it to get in. This will also tell you whom in your local LEO community are actually patriots and truly stand for what is right. I feel similar things are going to start happening all over the place.
