Woodchipper is being exceedingly merciful. The state legislation in CA all need to be sold and raped repeatedly.
No need to make a number out of it. Just hang them once they have been through military tribunal and move on.
“I'm talking about children, minors, babies, kids that don't have good parents that are just out on the street, kids that the system has failed, 2 days in jail to sell them. I wanna put this into perspective for you. I was sentenced to two and a half years for breaking my curfew on felony parole in Ohio at 22 years old. Years. They are getting 2 days for soliciting children.”
“This bill was originally supposed to change this from a misdemeanor to a felony, and yet they instated a 2 day in county jail punishment. That is like a DUI. That is a domestic violence. That's an assault charge. Misdemeanor assault charge.
That's physically yelling at somebody you can get 2 days in county jail for. But in California, you can sell a child or buy a child and spend 2 days in county jail.”
Who introduced this legislation? It didn’t just arrive from nowhere. Who’s the sponsor?
I bet it was Weiner . Yes there’s a government official with the last name of wiener and he is gay.
Wiener also honored the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence in Sacramento last year.
You are correct. Scott Wiener is the one who gutted the bill from being a straight up felony to human sex traffic all children under 18 to this: From https://digitaldemocracy.calmatters.org/bills/ca_202320240sb1414:
"This bill would make this offense applicable only to a defendant who is 18 years of age or older at the time of the offense. The bill would, if the person solicited was under 16 years of age...make the offense punishable as a wobbler by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 1 year and a fine not to exceed $10,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for 16 months or 2 or 3 years. For a 2nd or subsequent offense under those conditions, the bill would require that the offense be punishable as a felony by imprisonment in the county jail for 16 months or 2 or 3 years."
So no punishment if a 17 year old buys an infant repeatedly. No punishment if the child purchased was 16 or 17. Its only a felony if the purchaser gets caught purchasing a child 15 or under a second time. It may be better than existing law, but this is still not good. :(
Edit to add: The woman who introduced the bill, Shannon Groves, was aware that Wiener is working unlawfully without an oath and she could have had his changes stricken. But she didn't, so I think she's in on it: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2822
Q knows about Weiner AND crimes against children.
u/#q1552
That's a different weiner. THAT weiner is Anthony Weiner, former US congressman, and husband of Huma Abedin, HRC's right hand gal. He spent time in prison for sex crimes.
THIS weiner is Scott Weiner, just a pervy state legislator.
Ohhhhh! Okay. More Wieners than I can keep track of. Kamala has a similar problem.
kek
Pervy is an understatement. He goes to events at the park to see his constituents... while naked.
Weiner needs to suffer a long time before conversion to chips.
I am going after Scott Wiener now. A couple of weeks ago, I served the State Senate with a notice that Wiener must vacate office for working unlawfully without an oath. I am getting angry moms and gun owners to call and demand that the State Senate comply with the laws and get rid of Wiener: https://gwsandiego.net/blog/?p=2822
You are fighting the good fight!
Shannon Groves, a republican, introduced the bill to make it a straight up felony to human sex traffic all children under 18.

Thanks for the excellent response
First of all, the bill hasn't passed yet. Just for clarity as to what it does and does not say... From https://digitaldemocracy.calmatters.org/bills/ca_202320240sb1414:

We are in the age of Awakening :) people need to see stupid before the full Awakening occurs 💕
I thought the crap towards our children would be the 1 thing that would unite Humanity. Everyone behind this needs to hang
You woulda thought, huh?
Word must spread far and wide first. I'm hearing more and more chatter from my normie / non-political friends on the topic. They are not happy
I have been fighting corruption in CA government since early 2017. No one has cared until now. Suddenly, as of this year, parents are interested in my work. This year, the democrats pushed aggressive trans legislation that violate parental rights. This bill has aded fuel to the fire. People are finally willing to fight back because they understand how important it is to protect our kids.
God Bless you sister, We all have your back
I just searched this because I'm in Canada and this seems insane.
Prior to February 2024, it was as she said. The bill is trying to change the 2 days and fine so that it is still that for children between 16-18. They are proposing a blanket exception for children under 16, and 16-18 year olds in human trafficking situations to extend that to up to 3 years and the same small fine.
1-3 years is still fucking crazy.
I hope this is just the solicitation part of the crime and that there is a child rape sentence on top of this for the act.

Thank you for adding the text from the bill.
Yes, it's terrible. I'm just stating that the bill, however weak, strengthens the almost non-existent consequences for these crimes. The video should call this out by stating what the situation is before the bill and after the bill. Specifically these opportunities for predators that are being left intact. Some of them explicitly drawn out so that predators can identify them before exploiting them.
Agreed. Someone in the thread called this video fake news, because, as presented by her, it was technically fake news. She probably did more damage than good with her misrepresentation of the facts.

👌👌
This isn't true it was recently amended making it harsher but still it is hard to believe it existed to begin with

Sex from a Child! Sex with a child is sexual assault/rape! These people need to be hung!
They’re preparing for a Trump presidency. They know they’re all gonna be charged
2 days to 1 year in jail / 10,000 max fine
That's like a disorderly conduct punishment. Holy hell

Federal Law will end up Trumping whatever bullshit protective law CA tries to pass
Crazy! God needs to make California just fall off into the sea.
I didnt look at every state, but they are by far more strict. fines range a bit. the lowest i could find other than CA's 2 days in jail was one for 180 days in jail. CA's maximum is also only 1 year in jail (for first offense)
I'm pretty sure that's a federal crime though. You might spend your 2 days in county jail before your transferred to Federal.
If we didn't have US Pravda, this would be all over the news to inform and outrage the masses.
But Pravda will ignore this and assist in the pedo takeover of the country.
Buy? That sounds like slavery to me.
In California, many public records are not available online like property ownership. In Florida, you can look up a property by the name of the owner. In Mass, you can look up property owners and any liens. Bishop Swan for instance has had several child support liens. It's odd how there's so much protection of information available in some states/counties and not in others.
That's fine. Now we can identify them and they won't have any prison walls to protect them.
Can Californication drop off into the ocean, please?
If you still live in California and have minor children, it is better to flee to another state, but if you still want to stay in Commiefornia, protect your children well.
This is fake news. Read the bill. Come on frogs. It WAS 2 days. It’s a step in the right direction making it 1-3 years (especially considering it’s CA) but not near long enough.
It was introduced by a republican. SB1414
