What's the chance Hannity (or his staff) found the Q post and decided to do the "16 minutes 30 seconds" thing so as to tie into Q? The motive could be to have people talking about it, more views, renewed interest, etc.
I have seen many proofs where something ties back to something else... but it would have been easy for the person to coordinate with the Q post.
So, to me this is a Q proof that demonstrates that there are people aware of the Q posts.
