SCHEDULE: Do not skip!
Before you take a single pill: For yourself and for God,
WRITE. DOWN. A. SCHEDULE.
My FIL's dose and meal schedule was:
7am: 2000mg Vitamin C on empty stomach or w/ small protein meal. NO carbs 2 hrs before & 1 hr after.
9am: 2000mg L-lysine on empty stomach or w/ a some juice/toast/carbs. NO protein 2 hrs before & 1 hr after.
Noon to 5pm eat whatever.
8pm: 2000mg Vitamin C on empty stomach or w/ a protein snack. NO carbs 2 hrs before & 1 hr after.
10pm: 2000mg L-lysine on empty stomach or w/ some juice. NO protein 2 hrs before & 1 hr after.
I CANNOT OVERSTATE ENOUGH HOW CRITICAL IT IS TO HAVE A FOOD/SUPPLEMENT SCHEDULE TO AVOID COMPETITION W/ FOOD.
I have nothing on this, John, but I sure would be interested if you have anything for people with severe arthritis. Have a couple of people in my life who are in near constant pain. Thanks.
Carnivore diet cured severe arthritis of one of my family members. But it's difficult and boring. There's some thing about eliminating carbohydrates. Also, look into chlorine dioxide. My family member could not continue on the carnivore diet indefinitely so she switched to taking chlorine dioxide for a week at a time once in a while.
I believe a lot of arthritis is parasitic in nature. (Protozoa, single celled parasites) That's why hydroxychloroquine is used for some types of arthritis.
I have beginnings in my thumbs/wrists. Last winter I was trying borax and it did seem to help some and I’d notice when I missed. Then in spring I got a nasty sinus infection (self diagnosed, lost taste and smell with it) and I started MMS. Sinus pain cleared overnight but it ALSO seemed to stop the arthritis pain in it’s tracks. As the weather changes it’s starting to flare again, I’ll have to give the MMS another go.
Hey, Dagny, would you elaborate on this, please?. Both if you think they are both helpful. How much and how do you take or apply the borax and what is the deal with this MMS you mentioned? Thanks.
MMS, I bought a popular brand on Amazon, has parts A and B, I went with the HCl option as it’s supposed to taste better. All of the different protocols can be found online.
Universal Antidote documentary, good primer and thread with info:
My doctor prescribed boron at 10 mg/da. There are about 3,000 mg (3 grams) of borax per tsp at 11% boron. You are taking approx 8x the recommended adult dose. Why? In fact that is the daily dose I give one of my horses.
Boron Conspiracy (https://www.scribd.com/document/353907525/The-Borax-Conspiracy) has different dosages. I read this, reports from others, and considered my need. I think I started at 1/8 t and then increased based on no ill effects but no real help I could notice.
Check out this guy also. He advocates sea salt (which includes boron) in addition to carnivore. Extensive explanations. I wish I knew this years ago to help suffering family member. https://darkovelcek.wordpress.com/introduction/
Has a search section also to do a specific arthritis search.
Now I ama dirty carnivore (Eat all animal products), and only flare up when eating something I shouldn't (e.g. potato starch in the sauce, it depends, though), which hardly ever happens.
Interesting I’d be interested in trying it if I find out how to do this. Have a scan coming up to check for build up in my arteries in a week or so.
I have out of control small LDL particles that can clog up your veins and arteries even though my cholesterol levels are normal and have excellent good cholesterol.
I take 2000 mg of Dr Mercola’s vitamin C daily to which I only recently added 1000 mg of Lysine
Here's the link for the post. The magic is less in the supplements themselves and more so in the specific way you take it.
These two supplements are easily out-competed with food.
Read the post and it will tell you the precise way to do it along with how my father-in-law cleared out his arteries completely in just a few weeks and they canceled his heart stent procedure.
It must be done in this precise way and the clogs will be gone in a matter of weeks. My father-in-law's ejection fraction improved, he had three blockages, one near total blockage disappear in weeks. He went from being out of work because his condition had got so bad to playing golf in feeling completely normal again. It's all their friend. Good luck.
I have out of control small LDL particles that can clog up your veins and arteries
I question that. I think it is a theory, not proven.
From what I can tell, the only difference between HDL and LDL is the DIRECTION that the cholesterol is traveling.
LDL "leaves da liver," sending cholesterol from the liver to various parts of the body that NEED it.
HDL "heads to da liver," collecting excess cholesterol from the body so the liver can repurpose it.
Everytime they come up with a theory, and research proves the theory wrong, they double down on the theory by creating an additional factor to save the theory, rather than considering they should scrap the theory altogether and start over. I suspect this is where the "small particle LDL" idea comes from.
Similar to the Big Bang Theory. The entire theory started with, and still rests on, a particular explanation of the observance of Red Shift of distant stars.
So, they did some experiements to verify, but the experiments failed. So, they invented an imaginary variable called "dark matter," which "just has to be there" in order to save the BBT.
But when they then did experiements to prove that, they failed again. So, they invented "dark energy" to save the "BBT plus dark matter" theory.
That, too, failed.
They keep trying to save their pet theory by addiing additional things, with zero proof, and with consistent failed results when trying to prove.
Cholesterol is very similar.
Higher cholesterol levels are actually associated with LOWER mortality, not higher.
The whole thing -- and the medical industry in general -- is a clusterfuck.
BTW: I'm not saying there is anything wrong with doing the Linus Pauling method. Probably a good idea, maybe even a great idea. I'm just pointing out that the "danger" of cholesterol is overrated.
From what I have been reading, cholesterol is a natural substance in the blood needed for repair and fuel. The brain is made of fat, and the heart runs on fat.
If there is a 'build-up' of fluffy stuff, it is because a blood vessel is damaged. Sort of like a 'soft scab' - the cholesterol is mixed with fibrin, which catches it, along with other blood components, like a fishing-net. IF the scab gets too big, it can burst and block the vessel.
Why are the blood vessels damaged?
Recent studies say it is consistent, frequent and persistent high blood-sugar. The correlation between insulin resistance and artherosclerosis must not be ignored - but it generally is. The sugar molecule is spikey for one, and blood pressure goes up when sugar is in the blood, stretching the vessels - sort of like a weak inner tube.
It all boils down to the biggest scam in history - the idea that sugar is fine, and animal fat is the baddy. We were all exposed to the idea that 'heart-healthy' meant cutting down on animal fats. And we were marketed all that fake fat, as well. (Margerine and seed oils). So we were force-fed the very bad 'food pyramid' which dictated that we must cut down on butter, meat and eggs and replace it with pasta, 'whole grains' (shudder) and bread. Oh and 'statins' which are meant to lower fat in the blood-stream. What are side-effects of statins? Dementia and heart-attacks (which statins were theoreticaly supposed to prevent):, Just saying. The medicos then say the resulting heart-attack is congenital (something they can do nothing about, supposedly).
On a supplement note: Vitamin C can help and so can small doses of Chromium, which helps with sugar cravings and can contribute to minor weight-loss - best taken at the end of a major weight-loss journey for those stubborn last pounds. Also check out C15:0 - Pentadecanoic Acid. Yes, we have been deprived of essential fatty acids.
But ultimately, the best thing is to STOP eating sugar altogether, and that includes 'natural' sugars like fructose from dried fruit). Such dietary change can be hard for some, because one gets withdrawals. But trust me, there is light at the end of the tunnel - one can enjoy a full-fat steak.
Eating butter from a spoon can also help with cravings, from experience. At first, one might feel guilty just eating butter (!).
My understanding of how it works is that sugar molecules create tears in the linings of the blood vessels.
Cholesterol is sent to repair the damage, like spackle on dry wall.
Doctors operate, see the cholesterol in the blood vessels, and conclude that the cholesterol caused the damage. This is similar to seeing firemen at a fire, and concluding that the firemen caused the fire.
Maybe the firemen, and the cholesterol, are fixing the problem and not causing it.
I've done the protocol for about 3 weeks now. Overall, I have a much clearer mind and my blood pressure has lowered 5 systolic points. I'm in the upper 120s again for the first time since my mid 20s. My heart rate remains at least 5 points lower during identical workouts and my energy level seems more consistent.
I started it, but seemed to react to the high dosages (probably not the vitamin C). I also tried the garlic/lemon juice elixer, which is essentially the same, and I don't know if it was coincidental, but after just one course of that (supposed to be two course separated by a week), my blood pressure was significantly lower than when I had previously monitored it many months ago. My wife and I are getting ready to do another round of the garlic/lemon juice.
I have a 70% blockage of my LAD that they want to treat with medication. I do not want to be on medicines for the rest of my life, so I just started this today and will stick with it for the full 4 weeks to see how it works for me.
I am taking both the 2000mg of L-lysine and the 2000mg of Liposomal Vitamin C together twice a day. I am leaving 2 hours of no eating anything before and after taking each dose.
I tried it for about a week but got some serious side effects which I’m not sure if it’s normal. I felt extremely lethargic and fatigued along with brain fog. Couldn’t function normal and get work done so had to stop. Has anyone else experienced this? I read somewhere when doing this your cholesterol markers could increase for a few months as it clears from your body. Could these side effects have to do with cholesterol being released into my system and just something I need to power through?
This is a great question. This sounds like a Herxheimer reaction from vitamin C to me.
Different people have different Herxheimer reaction symptoms to vitamin C. I would Google it and look around to see if anyone has a similar experience.

Quite a few people have said they suffered from poor cardiovascular endurance. Couldn't play with the kids or chase the dog for a few minutes without getting completely out of breath and having to stop.
They saw significant improvements in those symptoms within a week.
I am not a doctor and everybody's situation is different. Discernment is key. But this therapy was developed initially by Linus Pauling, the only winner of two unshared Nobel prizes.
I used to think sugar was bad. I would get hypoglycemia but this is after I been eating badly for awhile. So excess fat, too much seed oils. I learned that the guy who discovered insulin resistance tied it directly to fat. Fat blunts the cells ability to absorb glucose. With that in mind, I reduced fat in my diet and have had no sugar problems. This while increasing carbs such as potato and rice. Another thing I want to share is that my dad clinically cured type 2 diabetes. He went on a restrictive diet for a few months (4), which consisted of green vegetables and brown rice. His A1c is 4.0 now and he was previously on insulin and had blood sugar going up into the 600s. Now it’s 80s to 90s. You can basically heal your self going on any kind of restrictive diet. I think though we should be eating a balanced diet. You should once in awhile fast. You should sleep more sometimes. Just work on balance
Blood pressure is a huge component of arterial health. The old guidelines are wrong. Anything above 130/90 should be avoided. Ideally, 120/80 or lower should be maintained as much as possible.
The higher pressure causes scoring and stiffening of the walls of vessels. This scoring allows plaques to adhere. It helps create the related problem of clogged vessels.
There is also an encyclopedia of other problems from high blood pressure. Kidney longevity is a huge one.

2000 vitamin c AND 2000 lysine in the morning AND the same at night…preferably on an empty stomach.
If it's not liposomal vitC you are wasting your time and money. The body can only absorb at most 1000 of reg vitC. Needs to be liposomal
I take Liposomal Vit C every day I purchase from Dr. Mercola's website.

Seed oils are made from fragile fats that are very easy to oxidize, and whose heavy processing make them toxic.
That is one of the primary causes of blood vessel failure.
