This happened to me AND a prospect I just spoke with for the first time today;
Our bank acct. balances - ALL OF THEM - were at $0.00..........
BUT MY CREDIT CARDS / LINES OF CREDIT, STILL SHOWED THEIR TYPICAL BALANCES.........

I hope that's not what BofA is saying, because that's utter BS. ANY business that's 10% the size of BofA should have not only local, but also cloud / offsite backups, and GEOGRAPHICALLY DISTRIBUTED backups.
Meaning; you don't just backup to the data center down the street, or even in your same state; if you are east coast, you backup to data centers in the midwest & west coast, and to the extent possible under Cyber Security laws & regulations, you'd absolutely want backups stored in a whole other country / continent as well.
Not only that, but ANY business of ANY size that relies on tech must have Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery systems in place.
These systems give you the ability to continue running your business virtually uninterrupted, even if your entire office does get blown away by a hurricane, flood, fire; whatever.
If BofA is trying to whine about the hurricane causing this, that's a total load of crap.
Either that, or they need to hire me!

BOA may officially be Basel3/iso20022 compliant but that doesn't mean all their branches are.
Potential problem for people having money in a non-BASEL3 compliant bank after Oct.1 given that after that date Basel3 banks are unlikely to even accept a money transfer from a non-compliant bank.
(meaning non-compliant banks will crash and burn and many are likely to pilfer and run rather than go down with the ship...)
Good chance that something related to this is what is happening...(some banks having zero issues while other branches, well....)
I talked to a teller the other day and she told me there's long line on the 1st and the 15th of each month. People with direct deposit are going in and getting their entire checks out in cash. They're leaving the very minimum in their accounts to pay bills electronically.
I just logged in to check my Bank of America account. All my money is still there.
I have not been able to log into my mobile app and am only able to log into my online banking intermittently with Navy Federal Credit Union. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks. First they said it was due to maintenance (a lie) and now are saying the hurricane is responsible.

I just made a Bank of America credit card payment online a couple of hours ago and everything worked just fine.
I remember a post that provided a way to check how healthy a bank or credit union is. Does anyone remember that and haa e it handy by any chance? I need to get my money out of BOA.
