Trump sues media outlets for $10 billion, accusing them of defamation and voter interference.
https://twitter.com/KobeissiLetter/status/1857418186703913354 Donald Trump is suing major media outlets, including The New York Times and CBS, for a whopping $10 billion in damages. The lawsuit, filed in response to what Trump’s legal team claims are defam...
Why is he not suing CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, Washington Post etc or are they next.
I think he's saving those for a reason. The first group is as he claims political bias. Some of the others could be treasonous or part of a criminal conspiracy?
I do think that he needs to speak to his lawyers regarding the FCC and the issuance of licenses. That might be part of what he's planning with the others.
There has to be something done regarding those claiming to present the "news". I don't see MSNBC as a news organization even though that's how they cloak themselves. IMHO they should have a running banner along the top of the screen claiming this presentation is for entertainment purposes only and should NOT be considered news. Like Orson Wells during his radio broadcast had the country fooled into thinking the earth was being attacked by Martians when it was all fiction. Making MSNBC and CNN run a banner that their presentations are for entertainment only would be a major shaming that they deserve. Then people who believe their crap would be called out.
War of the worlds was done with the help of the OSS.
Orson Welles' "The War of the Worlds" was aired in 1938. The OSS wasn't formed until 1942.
Also, the claims of mass panic resulting from the "War of the Worlds' broadcast are greatly exaggerated. The majority of people knew it was a fictional radio show, and even most of those who were momentarily fooled immediately called CBS or their local police and quickly found out it wasn't real, or found out within half an hour from Orson Welles' narration itself.
My memory may be juxtaposed. A guy hired by CBS, just for the broadcast. Ended up in the OSS.
A gov man, came to cbs, back to gov. Then in the oss.
It has been a long time since I read this in a book. The psyop aspect applies. I will be trying to find it if you want me to post it. Might be tough. It was a prep internet read.
Probably chiseled by pterodactyl on a stone slate.
Don't bother if it would take you a lot of trouble, but if you can find it fairly easily, that does sound interesting.
My guess, and this is just a guess, is that these agencies were "sanctioned propaganda outlets under contract with CIA and acting on behalf of that contract" and these others might have just jumped on the bandwagon or didn't have a protective contract to shield them from prosecution.
...correct
so many targets... so little time! patience grashoppah.... they'll all be next!
Does a lion attack the entire herd or single one out.
He beats one in the head with a bat, shoot the 2nd one, so that when the 3rd Nazi is asked, he sings like bird lol.
Very effective. Saves time and provides a deterrent against future sedition
That's the scene from Inglorious Bastards.
It may not be necessary or advantageous to sue more than these two right now.
Maybe it's an easily winnable tactical strike against the Corporate Media gatekeepers. Beat them and the rest fall like dominoes.
And we know CNN and MSNBC are broke anyway. Sue the ones with money and deliver the death blow to the whole organization.
DJT stock could wind up owning every network! Keke
There really could be a Gorilla Channel! What a time to be alive.
Wow if a Judge can award 1.5 billion from Alex Jones, if a Judge can award two binbos 1.4 billion from Rudy, if a Judge can award some 80 year old bitch that said on a day I can’t remember, a place maybe that Trump grab her, award her 400 million from Trump we’ll see what comes around goes around
So many of their lawfare cases backfired. The deep state took Infowars just like HRC promised in 2016. They cheered this week when IW was auctioned off which sets precedent. When Trump wins, he will own them.
Is that a done deal? Or does he still have avenues to fight that?
He ought to sue them the emotional and psychological damage done to his family for their conspiracy to commit murder, since the assassination attempts on him were fueled by their hateful rhetoric and lies. While he's at it, he ought to due the same to every politician who called him Hitler and told their followers he had to be "removed". These bastards need to pay.
I could rule on this case in 17 seconds!!!😃
That's what we need, quick trials - which corrupt courts promise, but never deliver.
Repeal the smith-mundt modernization act
This 👆👆👆👆👆.
Should be called the Anti-Truth Act.
Sue the brainwashing machines, make 10 billion and end the monopoly of C 👁 A media outlets while promoting citizen reporting...WINNING
They could have destroyed America with their lies - damages are incalculable. We could be on the other timeline thanks to them, causing untold misery.
They have destroyed millions of brains, and I fear that reversing much of this damage may be impossible.
Discovery is going to be epic.
Not enough.
Good I was wondering about We the people doing class action lawsuits against them for all this defamation they're doing to us.
The CBS evening 'news' is STILL 20 min. of bash Trump with lies that have NO proof, Every single day.
Thanks for the update on the lamestream news (I don’t watch any of it anymore, but good to know what they are spewing out). I wonder when even the deepest sleeping normies will crack open an eye soon and say, “…..wait a minute….how can we put everything wrong in this world on one person?….didnt they do that to Jesus 2000 years ago?…..oh….oh…..oh….i get it….holy s***…..I was wrong about Trump (and a lot of other things)!!!”
The Q drop “sometimes you have to show them” is going to be a glorious reveal!💯🔥❤
I hope he wins every one.
HAHAHAHHAHAA
I hope he focuses on Google. that's the real challenge here.
Isn't this the just story from 2 weeks ago, about suing CBS for editing Harries video, not something new

I'm interested in seeing how this one turns out. He's sued various media corporations dozens of times over the years, and I can't recall him ever winning any of them.
It's usually a huge deal made of suing them when he does, but then the case is quietly dismissed, and we never hear any more about it.
With the changes being made, I'm wondering if he will finally succeed.
