If a corporation has the rights of an individual, it seems to me they must also have the liabilities of an individual, and therefore can be charged with crimes they have committed. Like genocide. EU member states should be ready to send military forces to Ukraine if US President-elect Donald Trump brokers a peace deal between Kiev and Moscow, Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna has said.
In an interview with the Financial Times on Tuesday, Tsahkna insisted that NATO membership would provide the best security guarantee for Kiev. Should Trump oppose it, the EU would have to step in and deploy troops once the fighting is over, he said.

What troops? Thousands of foreign troops already have died on the battlefield, including American, European and British. The Poles have lost tens of thousands. It’s fully documented. When the Russian troops come across their bodies, they remove their county’s patch, their dog tags and any other identifiable features like passports. Yet the world screams that NK troops are in Kursk which is in Russia, not Ukraine.
